Absolute joke when it comes to BBQ Charcoal Chicken full size!
I havent seen such a size, il suggest customers to check Hot Burger Al Wahda and see the taste and quantity they offer.
This branch has some people with ego issues! I hope the franchise takes notice, that Quality matters not the Quantity!!

Comparing the BBQ Charcoal chicken what Al Wahda offers, this one is always a waste of money.
You cant run a branch being greedy and hardly putting side dishes!

Food always good .I always try their new new food dises .interior is ok .I understand that they dont have enough space .then also they managed very well. Staff also polite . Just need littel improve in service . Other wise all ok.recomended place for family,frinds and single person also🙂.keep it up guys👍. Thank you.🙏
Worst experience ever. Firstly, they forgot our order. When the order came, it was not even remotely close to what we ordered. It is a shame that they called that thing falooda. They presented it with old, refrigerated, smelly fruit (while there is no fruit in it). There were no chia seeds, no noodles, and melted ice cream. What was that?

I ordered their XL grill chicken and asked them to put the dynamite sauce in it instead, they did it and also sent me extra dynamite sauce to put in it. But the grill patty was kind bland. Gonna try their dynamite burger next time 👍 only reason i ordered grill burger was because i wanted a XL burger and they only had that in 2 options.
Also their fries are very nice, has a good texture and slightly spicy.

Ordered their mega zinker and received a dry burger with a soggy piece of chicken. Not even proper cheese, sauce or other things.
I ordered for a green chilly chicken charcoal. What I got was a chicken charcoal and on top they applied the marinate. It was sure that they forgot to apply the marinate before preparing. By looking at the photos you can understand that. None of the staffs apologized or admit their mistake. They think they fooled me. I didn't complaint to them. If I complaint and how the untrustful staffs are going to prepare a new dish for me inside their kitchen is unknown.
