There were issues with the online waitlist system which meant we were waiting in the car for 20 minutes before walking in to check and finding out there had been plenty of seats all along. Pls fix that. Other than that LOVE LOVE LOVE the gluten free options!!! Maybe not for celiacs, but I had no problems eating here as a gluten-intolerant person. Can't wait to come back!
Great place! It has the feel of an old-time diner that has wait staff who've been working there forever, who know the menu upside down and backward, who treat you like friends and take care of you like family. The menu would satisfy any morning grump-a-lump. And, oh! Everything is plentiful and mmm... so yummy! My 5 y/o grandson actually finished *everything* on his plate. He wasn't told to. I looked up from my chowdown, and his was all gone. The kids' menu isn't skimpy, as there was plenty to choose from. And, for our gluten-sensitive friends out there, they have wonderful gluten-free pancakes!!! They're delicious! And they don't crumble. I thought they accidentally brought me regular pancakes at first. Nope. They are really that good! I also had the Mediterranean omelet, which was enormous and fluffy and just beyond my wildest expectations. I couldn't possibly finish it, so I'm bringing it home to enjoy the rest later.
The Original Pancake House is a fun place to enjoy a variety of breakfast foods. Each location has its own decor theme making it just as fun to visit each site if only for the ambiance. Staff are polite and very helpful in answering questions, too.

Been to a few of Original Pancake House restaurants. Always impressed with the staff, the selections, portions and the quality. This trip was no exception. I had the savor chicken crepe which was excellent.
Great place for breakfast. We had pancakes, crepes, and sausage. Service and food were great. I highly recommend.
First time ever going here. The food is amazing. It is hot and stays hot you get your moneys worth and bring home leftovers. Our waitress Stacy R was so helpful, friendly and so nice.would recommend her for a breakfast anytime of the day.
An exceedingly good eating experience, the pancakes are extremely good, with very good primary flavors, simple but delicious and works well for people who just want to point to something on the menu and not be disappointed with the dishes outcome. The service is fast for the amount of traffic the restaurant receives and attentive to concerns and questions. The atmosphere is crowded but moderate in volume. Overall the food is very good and the service would meet and partially exceed expectations. Would eat again.
