Terrible customer service…Very dismissive and nonchalant about customers’ concerns. I was standing in front of an associate waiting to be attended to but he decided to attend to the person behind me instead. Told me to go Best Buy instead.

It’s not my first but my second time visiting this store and get out frustrated and upset because of their customer support service! This branch is blocked in my list! Thanks but no thanks they have big issue

I’ve been here twice trying to get a screen protector to replace my shattered one and they’ve been out both times. The first time I thought maybe it was a busy day. The second time (different week) I simply don’t understand the ordering issue as it’s a latest model. These are the protectors they apply and you cannot order online yourself. The employees stated they can’t preorder or guarantee one for me if I return at another time and said “good luck coming by again they sell out so fast”. They also wouldn’t disclose when their shipment would even arrive so I could have a chance at planning. No third trip needed, I’ll head to my service provider for better help for all my apple products from now on.

Apple Bethesda Row should be an example of customer service excellency and perfection. Unfortunately, it is quite disappointing and should be significantly improved.

A simple order pick up was one of the worst experiences in my life! Associate was not welcoming, quite tense and demonstrated much disrespect in his words, voice tone and face expressions.

Apple do better training your sales representatives or they take your business down!

I had a phenomenal experience! I drove literally 30 minutes since it was the only appointment available at the time. Gerson was fantastic he directed me throughout the whole process. Kay was amazing she went above and beyond with her job position, and doing more than it entitled and I’m forever grateful for her customer service! Lastly thank you to Alejandro for helping me download and backup my iCloud from the new phone I just purchased. I literally couldn’t be anymore grateful with this team. I’ll definitely be coming back here soon. Thank you again!

This location is always busy, so I went in on Monday [yesterday] around 5pm. It was still busy but not packed. During my visit, I was helped by Tony a pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable rep working the Apple Watch area. Though he was helping another family upon initial approach, he immediately greeted and acknowledged me. I was impressed by his ability to multitask, catering to the needs of the family while pointing me in the right direction as I waited for the family to complete their purchase. Speaking of purchase, I love how seamless the purchasing process is now. After answering a few questions and reviewing the comparison page with me, that same rep packaged my items and checked me out with a simple touch less payment on his handheld device. I didn't even have to leave the watch station! Everything happens right there on the spot. He even helped me find a store nearby, Paper Source, that supplies gift bags and greeting cards. Needless to say, he was beyond helpful and deserves all the kudos!

The only reason this is 4 stars and not 5 is because of the brief experience I had with the woman who greeted me when I first entered the store. She was kind of like a sour patch. 😬 At first, she was sweet as she greeted me with a smile upon entering the store, but then as she was checking me in with her iPad I inquired about previewing the Apple Watches before talking to a rep and she became visibly and audibly annoyed in her response and tone [sour]. Maybe she thought her tone was okay because I look younger than I am, or perhaps she just had a long day and was over answering questions. Either way, I think she could have exhibited a little more patience. Thankfully, the remainder of my experience was smooth and helpful.

I walked in and Out of this specific Apple location for one Week that’s 7 consecutive days, I spent literally 6 Min each time lingering by the entrance waiting to be Greeted yet never was!. Some Apple reps looked directly at me! Continued conversing with one another occasionally helping those they deemed worthy, yet refused to acknowledge me & Two other African American men. I Drove to my phone provider & purchased Two IPhone 14 Pluses out right!!
