Nice park with a beautiful view, went there for the Latin Festival and they had food trucks, food vendors , drinks , Ice cream , live music , Security agents and police all over. Great ambiance!!

One of the best kept secrets in the NJ area. Beautiful waterfront area with walking deck and ample space to sit down and enjoy time with your family.

It's an experience for all. This place is so versatile! There is fishing boating, jet skiing, seating area, and a small park for fun. I almost forgot there is a fireworks show off the pier. How nice 👌🏾

The Carteret Waterfront Park is in process. There are plans for a North side 2.5 mile walkway with a ferry to NYC and restaurants and apartments which has not started — May be years for that. The park as of summer 2023 is still very nice with a little sculpture garden, games such as horseshoes, bocce ball, miniature golf, etc. There are exercise stations attached to the as of now short walking path. Access to the park definitely needs to be improved: the road is skinny and dangerous hardly fitting two lanes. All of of the access roads are through parking lots of very ugly industrial warehouse buildings. The entrance to the park is obscured by the ugly industry.

Peaceful and quiet, I’m really excited to see how much traffic changes once the ferry is officially built and active. Bring quarters!! The have eye scopes to see across the water into Staten Island.

If you blink you ll miss this waterfront park. It has so much to offer : a mini golf course , a playground with swings / slides and rocking sea creatures . Also to the east is a view of the Arthur Kill tidal strait and the former landfill converted to a park. Have a boat ? No problem !a Marina is nearby and a replica Lighthouse welcomes you to the park connecting a foot bridge.
