Great stock of groceries but unfortunately the entire experience is the things i disliked about india and very unamerican.
The store has no lane for less items. The audience includes folks who hold the line while they shop around. 3-4 times at checkout and checking out options without care of other people standing behind. The folks at the cashier seems unfazed by this so seems like a usual practice . 30 minutes to checkout is slow for any grocery store, especially if its not even busy.
To top it, there is another person going through your bags to ensure you did not add anything. Btw this is not even self checkout. So essentially the owners don’t trust their customers and are also stingy to instally technology. Reminds me of bad consumer practices in india that are being replicated in the US

Hygiene be damned. Went to check out, cashier shoved some drops in her nose, wiped her nose with bare hands and started scanning my food. No tissue, no paper towel, no hand sanitizer gel, no wiping her hand on her clothes. Nothing. Whatever fluid was running out her nose went on her hand and straight on my bags of food. 🤮
Nice grocery store in Frisco area. Quick check out process and variety of items available. Suggested for indian grocery. They also offer membership services.
This place has definitely improved a lot. The groceries all looked very nice and fresh. Store was a lot cleaner than it used to be.
I have been to many India Bazaar locations that are well run. This location said it is HQ and I expected the same. Unfortunately some aisles were stinking, quality of vegetables was very poor and a number of items were not available. Employees were nonchalant and unhelpful.
In the bustling Indian bazaar, I came across a batch of groundnuts that had sadly succumbed to spoilage. Despite the vibrant atmosphere, the disappointment of discovering the spoiled groundnuts was undeniable. The distinct aroma of the market was overshadowed by the musty smell emanating from the decaying nuts. As I examined the once promising snacks, it was evident that they had lost their freshness and flavor, leaving behind a stale and unappealing sight. This unfortunate experience serves as a reminder of the importance of proper storage and quality control, especially in bustling markets where perishable goods are abundant.
Good Indian store located next to couple of Indian restaurant. You will get almost all the Indian groceries and frozen foods too are good in option . Based on stock little congested but you will get everything. Some of the important Indian utensils too are available . Seasonal Indian fruits too can be brought from here.
One can get almost all of the Indian groceries out here. The order in which it is laid out is very logical and very easy to find all the things. They are even things you'll find here which we generally do not expect. Overall it's a very nice place with a lot of options. They are having a lot of items for Pooja as well. Even the frozen food item options are comparatively good. Overall it's a very very nice place. Happy shopping.
