I’ve been craving a comforting bowl of soup and googled my options and this place caught my attention. Master Lanzhou’s known for its dedication to traditional Lanzhou flavors, this restaurant offers a taste experience that transports you directly to the streets of Northwest China.

The broth is a clear yet rich beef stock, brimming with umami flavors that are deep but not overpowering. It has a clean, slightly peppery taste with hints of herbs and spices, showcasing the restaurant’s commitment to authenticity. The noodles are the star of the dish—hand-pulled and delightfully chewy, they have that perfect bounce and consistency. Though it could have done with a little more salt the fresh, aromatic cilantro and green onions add a refreshing contrast to the hearty broth, while the thinly sliced beef is tender and flavorful.
The portion size was huge for me so for .20c I could get a takeaway container and dinner was served as well.
The atmosphere is casual but cozy, with a bustling energy that feels just right for enjoying a bowl of noodles.

Whether you’re new to Lanzhou-style noodles or a longtime fan, this bowl is bound to leave a lasting impression.

Super kid friendly, a lot of options and all of them taste great. The service is great, they provided scissors to cut up the meat for my kid as well.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic Lanzhou noodle restaurant in Australia, and I was thoroughly impressed. The noodles are hand-pulled to perfection – soft, chewy, and just the right thickness. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the beef slices are tender and melt in your mouth.

The noodles were pretty decent, with a perfect chewy texture and nice flavour. The broth went with the noodles well, making each bite satisfying. The portion size was generous, and the seasoning was good. Noodles were quick to be served. I recommended this!

I ordered the signature beef dish and it is delicious! Noodles are a very good consistency and the soup base is also very flavorful. The noodles came very quickly which was great because we were quite hungry. Their lamb skewers were also seasoned very nicely. I would definitely come back!

A great bowl of Signature beef noodle soup as per the Master Langzhou chain. Excellent noodles, plenty of beef slices. The sweet potato side was good. Happy.

Decor is pretty different and Asian. Impressed by the tree in the middle, and the wooden roof detailing.

The online ordering was fairly straightforward. I did need a hand from the waitress who was patient in guiding me.

Decent noodle place with large portion sizes. Recommend to order their signature beef noodle dishes as the other ones are not authentic and generally lack flavour too. Ordered the spicy and numbing Sichuan beef noodles and it was extremely numbing without the fragrant chilli oil flavour of usual Sichuan dishes. Basically inedible. Other dishes have been generally good. Their spicy chicken is also quite nice.

I recently visited this noodle restaurant and was quite pleased with my experience. The noodles were exceptionally good, cooked to perfection with a delightful balance of flavors. The place itself was nice, offering a clean and cozy ambiance that made the meal even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a satisfying visit, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty and pleasant dining experience.
