You need to book a table to be on the safe side , bcos they have a performing band and the best seats are usually spoken for. Can’t fault the service and the attentiveness. Lovely space and decent drinks . Great ambience

We went there last night for first time.
Both foods and drinks are superb 💯👍
Their so called special beer has 5 levels (actually it was a cocktail which includes beer 😄). My friend tried it up to level 3 and said that it was so strong.
Their cocktails are so strong too....made us drunk with 2 glasses. (can save money 😁)
We were satisfied with Tipsy Bar.

Better reserve a table in advance if you plan to enjoy the live band. The menu has recently undergone an upgrade, which I found interesting and tasty. However, the cocktails could use a bit of improvement. The servers were attentive and friendly.

Choose ground floor if you wanna enjoy the band. 1st floor to feel some greens and 2nd floor to feel the night breeze.

Good place to chill with colleagues and friends. Nice ambience and clean.

Accept card payment as well.

One of the famous bar in yangon, Great place for hanging out. Ground floor is too crowded, it have live-band so music was loud, you can't make conversation easily. Outdoor and Indoor seating is available on 2 floor. There is a pool table and football table it can be played free.

Good service by friendly staff. Food taste are yummy.😋 Their cocktail and alcohol selection is exactly unique. I don't like beer, but i like it very much.
Don't forget to try their Signature beer that has 5 level of tispy-beer and unique.

The place is located on the street. Street side car parkings are available. Usually, I sat on the 2nd floor. Indoor and outdoor seating is available on 2nd floor. There is a pool table and it can be played for free.

Price - 5k to 7k for some of the dished

Such a good place!!!
We tried all of their Barrell aged cocktails and the first 3 were amazing! (Egyptian, elixir, pinabarrel) the last one was good but ordinary (Democracy).
Also ate samosa, fish and chips - was tasty!
The vibes in the place are awesome and the music is in the right volume so you can hear it but still be able to talk to the people around you.
I think it's better to have a reservation but I don't really know how crowded this place is.

Very nice cocktail bar frequented mostly by young locals. Good variety of cocktails plus they also have some decent bar-type food. Good service by friendly staff. Try some of their specialty cocktails, such as the "Walk like an Egyptian" or "Democracy". Good place to hangout with friends after work.
