Bull Run Alcohol Safety

Today was a hectic day for me. I'm guessing it's been like this for the past 10 to 15 years after losing my Drivers License due to multiple mistakes. I thought that going to ASAP today was going to be the same as before, with the horrendous service, or some lady over analyzing me for what i have on done in the past or going in for a piss test and pay more fees. So now I'm stressing about how am i going to get thru my day just by thinking all this was about to take place and I still have to make it to work by 2pm. Well not today someone in that front desk emphasized with me and saw that my day didn't have to be bad and gave me a bit a hope and felt like there was light at the end of the tunnel. Now I'm two steps away from getting my license back. Thank you Stacey for being so patient with me today, even though i never met you before you were able to put me at ease and work with me. Thank you so much!

same thing, i cant belive they even pay these people. I call they pick say please hold...... Three hours later still on hold. called three more time an hung up after waiting 20 mins. went up there, they are rude. The person you need is never there, i give up.

It’s so hard to get a hold of someone. You can call every extension and no one will pick up. So far gone to the DMV twice and they say they have no information In their system on me whatsoever. And I finish my classes a month ago

This is probably the most unprofessional business I’ve ever encountered. There hours of operation fluster without notification and it’s almost impossible to get a hold of anyone here. Case managers are very disinterested and unresponsive. If you have the opportunity to go to the other office in Fredericksburg do it.

I haven't even started the class yet and this place is already giving me a hard time. My case manager is the worst and not helpful at all. Nobody ever answers the phone either.. this is very unfortunate for those who are actually trying to get better or at least complying with court orders. This place needs a new management ASAP.

I got an out of state DUI with a Virginia license and had to deal with getting the program I completed elsewhere approved by VASAP. I could not be more happy with the work the director Jaime provided. She was very helpful and provided the documents I needed via email and approved my certificates hours after receiving them. The entire process took 2 days and everything is now cleared with the DMV. She saved my ability to drive in VA.

If zero was possible they would get below it. Don’t even know the point of having a case worker because let me tell you trying to get in touch by phone or email is impossible! Nacira Rodriguez will do absolutely nothing for you so if you get her you might as well request someone else and while your at it do yourself a favor and transfer to a different office completely! This place is beyond unprofessional and needs a new director to promote change!

Nobody answers or calls you back. All the voicemail boxes are full, been full for years. If you want someone to call you and tell you what’s going on, call the Richmond office, tell them your case manager’s name and complain to them about how terrible and lazy these people are. They will make them call you back.
