Ermington Butchers

I visited the store very early on Monday morning. The staff were so friendly and helped me with what I needed. The meat was so delicious and I loved that I could see the Lebanese culture through the meat.
Tonight my partner and I ordered some cooked food from the butchers backyard bbq. It was amazing, so authentic and fresh. I will be buying my weekly meat here from now and on.

This business is a local gem. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there are a wide variety of halal meats, and extra goodies like their frozen sambouseks, sauces and spices.

100% a hidden gem!

The butchers itself is at the front. The meats are good and cheaper than the big shopping centres.

The big surprise is the little shish kebab shop at the back. Lamb, chicken and kofte are all cooked over charcoal by one very nice, welcoming and friendly lady. You'll never find a platter (3 skewers + dips + salad + bread) of that quality for $27. Try it and you'll keep going like my family and I!

Bad service and they do not care about their customers. When you order in bulk and go to collect it at the agreed time. they don’t have it ready and the only thing they say is “sorry”. This place is not trustworthy of ordering for big occasions such as parties

Girl on the counter racist rude and a liar, butcher himself unprofessional acts like the PM.

As soon as they see someone of a different race they simply do not care and start scamming,

I highly recommend this butcher. The whole lamb provided for our spit roast on Sunday was the talk of the day. Very tender and full of flavour. This was our first spit roast in which Ermington butcher provided great advise and went above and beyond stuffing it for flavour, seasoning and sewing the belly up on the pole ,all ready for us to pick up and put straight on the spit. You made it so easy and stress free for us , in which nothing was too much trouble with all of our requests. Putting on a party I was also able to pick up some other bulk goods sold from their freezer section eg the nuggets were the best also. Highly recommend this butcher. Thank you so much for making our day a special one.

I heard about the charcoal wraps behind the butchers in Ermington so I had to try it. The staff were super friendly and I ordered the lamb and chicken wrap with my new favourite chilli mayonnaise sauce, salad, green pickle and a squeeze of lemon. What I got was the tastiest wrap I've ever had!

The saltiness of the pickle might have been a bit much for some but the meat was very tender (and from the butchery out front with its own marinade). Wrapped expertly and satisfied my hunger for a very decent price. It is now on my lunch list and the chilli sauce a must have for when I want a spicy dipping sauce.

Ermington Butchers is a hidden gem worth discovering. Their produce is impressively fresh, and the shop is clean and well-organized. The friendly staff make your visit enjoyable, and they offer a wide variety of meats to choose from. What sets them apart is the cozy seating area where they can cook your meat for you, and their delicious wraps and mixed plates are a must-try. It's a fantastic find for meat lovers.
