Had the worst experience ever! Dr Daniel’s was very aggressive and rude. I hate dentist visits it’s always very uncomfortable for me and Dr. Daniel’s mad it 100x worst. There were moment when I had to advocate for myself and let him know that he was being to rough but nothing changed. That was my first and last time going to this dental office. I would never recommend their services.
dated office, not the cleanest. Went in for a cleaning, the drilling device the dentist was using for plaque removal was too harsh on my sensitive teeth. I told her it was hurting me and I would like to use another method in fear of injuring or damaging my teeth because it was too painful. Instead, I was told there was no other way to clean my teeth and that I couldn't get my cleaning done. No brush, no floss, nothing. But all things considered I was happy to leave in fear of my teeth being ruined by a dentistry that is not up to par.
I was assigned here by my employer's HMO, and I'm so glad I was able to get out. They make their money by overscheduling HMO patients who have nowehre else to go and squeezing in as many as they can in a day.
Visit 1: Taken to a room after a two hour wait. The facility was dirty, staff were rude, and I waited in the chair for another hour. The exam and cleaning themselves were cursory at best.
Attempted Visit 2: Waited 3 hours, then left.
Attempted Visit 3: Waited 2 hours, then left.
This was the worst medical or dental experience I have ever had, and I have had many! If you're stuck with the Cigna HMO, the trip out to RenovaSmiles in Arlington is worth it. You will be seen and treated like a person.

Dr Daniels is a rude inconsiderate Dentist. This place will not only have you waiting for over an hour but he had the nerve to yell at me about having my phone like I was a child! I do not recommend this dental office at all. The front staff is nice but that doesn’t suffice for the bad work and customer service. He takes forever just to mess your teeth up after having you waiting for hours. On top of the fact that the whole operation and communication of the entire office is unprofessional and needs to be updated everything is old down to appointment set up. It’s really terrible and I’ve tried to go back but it’s still the same the worst do not go to this man.
The dentist was nice and filled a cavity for me. However the front desk staff is really tough to deal with. I literally had to kinda beg to get seen within a week. Same with cleanings...Im a nurse if I asked to change the time or whatever it was a hard no and cancellation to rebook 2 months later.
I didn't even get the opportunity to step in this building because when I called to make an appointment, the first time they placed me on hold for ten minutes before I hung up. Then, I called back a little later and told the woman I was a new patient and would like to schedule- she told me she was on the phone with an insurance company and could she call me right back. She did not call back, so I called back about 15 minutes later and she said they were really busy right now, could she again put me on hold? I then hung up after another ten minutes on hold and contemplated walking the 100 ft to their door from my apartment but after reading reviews I wasn't sure if it would help the situation, at all. My suggestion for the receptionist is to not just place people on hold if you cannot attend to them, just be straight with them. Very frustrating experience.
