My favorite train station in Europe. The architecture of the main station is stunning. Massive with beautiful statues. Amazing history with terminals that were built for visits by the Royal Family and Hitler. These are only open on special occasions.

Plenty of shops, restaurants and stores to buy drinks. Easy access to the metro, buses, and taxi’s.

You can buy tickets from machines or from dedicated ticket centers for Trenitalia, Trenord, and italo.

Great station with extended food court and bar , only concern is for communication of English language . But people are nice

Historical building, multiple shops and restaurants, self service tickets, toilet (have to pay a small fee to use it).
The station is closed during the night.
Avoid the surrounding area during the night cause it looks unsafe.

Very busy, but logical and the staff will help if you need it. They have badges on which shows which languages they speak.

It is like any major train station in the world.

Point to note. WILL NEED 1 euro to use the toilets.

Very big station with three floors. After arrival from Malpensa Airport by train, it was difficult to find the tickets office to buy for another city. Very limited chairs to set on. Some persons approach you for begging. In early July it was too crowded. At the Trainitalia ticket office, you have to take a number and wait about one hour. The lady staff did speak English and was polite.
