Besides being ridiculously overpriced, everyone I have interacted with who works here has been a complete jerk- just really unnecessarily rude. Park elsewhere.

Good a safe location.
Nice person at the desk!

Literally all I can ask for. A self-park garage—albeit pricey—was so worth it because the spaces allotted for each spot were more than spacious enough. The check-in, check-out, and self-pay processes were all straightforward and super convenient. This will definitely be my new go-to parking spot in DUMBO from now on.

$84 for a day and a half of parking is ridiculous where everything is automated with no employees or attendants - pay and park yourself. Better off parking illegally on street and getting a $60 ticket. One full day ($42) plus early bird ($20), would have been reasonable but two full days at $84 is absurd.

Easy to park and near to attraction. Worth the $ spend here. :D

Like the access and proximity to the bridge as well as the famous dumbo spot. I found the parking well priced, clean and well lit.

Conveniently located for the carousel but price jumps from 2hrs to 10hrs. Go park at MPG 100 Jay Street garage instead. Just down the street.

The male parking attendant refused to give me a parking receipt because when I pulled in, the front tire of my car was about 5 inches over the yellow line dividing traffic flow. Note, this was off hours and there were no other cars entering or exiting the garage. He insisted I get back into my car and and straighten it before he would allow me to park there. It was very bizarre and I was alone in the garage with this employee. The company had no response to my concerns, so apparently they really doesn’t care who they hire or how safe customers are. Park somewhere else, especially if you’re a women.
