Shelby is amazing at what she does and I wouldn’t trust anyone else besides her with injections. You can tell she is very experienced and comes from an honest perspective when she treats you - she doesn’t do it for the money! Highly recommend!!!

I have been going to Skinfidelity for a year now. Shelby and Julia are both incredibly professional, helpful and patient. Any treatments to the face can be nerve racking, but during the consultation they were able to reassure me with all the knowledge/information they provided, and were honest about the result I could expect to see. I can't say enough about their attention to detail and customer service! The results have been fantastic and incredibly natural looking.

Shelby saved my face. At another clinic, I got botched with cheek filler I did not need, and was told it would dissolve over time. It did not (and does not, which I know now). Shelby helped me start dissolving all of my filler, and worked with me to find other alternatives to fix my initial concerns. She became my go to person for all things face. I moved to Vancouver and I will literally still come back to Toronto to see her anytime I’m home, because I trust her and I know what good work she does.
My only regret is that I didn’t find her sooner. I’ve been to about 3 “prestigious clinics” in Toronto and they do not even compare. She is the only person I’ve encountered who is truly honest and knowledgeable about medical aesthetics. I cannot recommend her enough. Trusting educated, talented, honest, and kind people like Shelby with your face is really the only way to go. Skinfidelity, you’re the best!

Shelby and Julia are both lovely and very helpful. Shelby is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely patient. When I first spoke to her about my procedure, she explained everything, which eased my anxiety about my upcoming appointment. During my first appointment, Shelby did everything to help me feel comfortable, making my overall experience with Shelby absolutely fantastic, and I have been so happy with my results.
Shelby has also been instrumental in helping me improve my skin (dryness, dark spots, acne, etc). She really takes the time to listen, and educate her clients. (She’s not just selling you product to sell you product)
Needless to say, her advice has been top notch and my skin so far is the best it has ever been.
