I recently had the opportunity to order from Si Al Sayed restaurant in Al Wakrah, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I encountered several issues that significantly affected my overall satisfaction with the restaurant.
Firstly, the delivery service was plagued by delays. I expected my food to arrive within a reasonable time frame, but it was significantly delayed. This not only caused inconvenience but also resulted in a loss of appetite and frustration.
Moreover, the food I received did not match my original order. It was disheartening to find that the items delivered were different from what I had specifically requested. This lack of attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders raises concerns about the restaurant's quality control and customer service.

Regrettably, my recent visit to this Egyptian restaurant was far from satisfactory. The weather was uncomfortably hot, adding to the overall displeasure. More critically, the food fell significantly below average, paling in comparison to many other dining establishments I've been to.
Additionally, the service was subpar, with cleanliness being a major issue. An unclean environment in a dining establishment is simply unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this place and suggest looking for other options for a better dining experience.

This is by far the worst restaurant I have had to try in Qatar. Despite the prim location next to Wakra Beach and the amazing decoration, the food was terrible and disgusting. We ordered a couple of Egyptian plates like mixed grill, Koshary, and Hawawshy, and nothing tasted like original. For example, the minced meat used in Hawawshy smelled stincky, and the quality of the meat itself used also in Kufta is questionable!!! This was the worst Koshary I have ever had. The lentils were hard, and the sauces lacked good taste, and most of the ingredients were not fresh. It is very disappointing and not recommended at all. Parking is available at the main parking lots of the souq.
I walked in with friends in Friday. The food quality is very good especially if you like Egyptian cooking. Although, there are less expensive places will give you similar tastes but keep in mind you're paying for the nice family friendly seating environment. Overall, it is a very good dinner experience.
