But plenty of homeless outside
Really nice building and kind staff
Very unprofessional concierge or doorman whatever you want to call them at this residential building. Hate visiting, friend.
I live here it sucks!! I've lived here for 42 years and every year I watch how things fall apart and nothing gets done. The playground is a shadow of a memory. The community room is just there, can't have parties anymore. The lobby used to be nice , but now it's an eyesore. The elevator's break down every few months. The halls are dull. Nothing like it was when I was growing up! Sad . Especially around the holidays.
