The condor ferry allowed us to travel from St Malo, France to the island Jersey. The trip is roughly an hour. You just need your passport and ticket to board. You can also pay £170 for your vehicle and do not have to pay individual tickets. The roads are small, so recommend an Evie rental instead. Overall, the ferry experience was good. There was a 2 hour delay on our return trip which put us back in France at 1030pm. But those are the risks of public transportation!

It was a good first-time experience. I was seated in club class, and I loved it. The service was great

Easy check in and boarding but cars are so close together it was very difficult to get back into your car before disembarkation.

The Club lounge is excellent and the two staff provided very efficient and friendly service.

Arrival in Poole was early and exiting the port very easy.

Took ferries from St. Malo, France, to St. Helier, Jersey, and back. Great service. Notified us early of weather based cancelation, rescheduled next morning, and on our way. Will use them again.

Fantastic experience travelling on Condor Liberation to Jersey from Poole and back. Efficient loading and unloading, booked Club Class, really comfortable, personal service from the staff, champagne reception and good menu for food and refreshments. Staff all really good, and would use again and recommend CF. 5* no doubt.

Ummmm.......
We sailed from St Malo to Jersey at daft o'clock in the morning! The port had no toilet, no vending machine.......... NOTHING !
The staff were V nice, the duty free is worth a look, check out all 3 cafe areas before you pick!
I made the mistake of getting coffee & croissant, only to find BACON ROLLS at the next one! ........
Be warned!!!!! Whilst there is an open rear deck area for us Stupid smokers & our tax revenue.......it's FORBIDDEN! I've no idea why!? Not a fan of the ECHR, but, .............

Good service Poole-Jersey. Comfortable, worth going for the premium seats/lounge. Food was good, great choice and you can eat at your seats. Coffee and snacks available all trip plus a chance for drag air blast on the top deck. Shop well stocked. Car on-off very slick indeed. Price was pretty reasonable and a fast crossing. Had read about the movement of this ferry but there was nothing to worry about. Lounge worth it for the good views anyway. 36hrs prior to our sailing Condor had to cancel our sailing day (Thursday) due to engine trouble. They automatically rebooked us to a ferry on Wednesday so even though we had a bit of rushing around and find a nights accommodation we got another day/night in Jersey! A really good service Condor

Travelled to Jersey, over 4 hours so we upgraded to the front. Well worth the money. Lovely Staff, all friendly and helpful.
