loved the party for our five year old.The staff was super helpful and friendly. The communication was spot on. I also loved that bounce section is private for just you and your party.Very easy lift for busy parents.
Super easy to book online and see different options online. The person who called and explained things was thorough. The party was super organized and people knew exactly what they were doing. Loved the guy working the food, cake and gifts as well! Clearly very organized and well run. Only difficulty was doing the waiver ahead of time. You’re unable to find the party until day of. Other than that super easy, convenient and great staff!
We have been here multiples times whether for open play and/or for a birthday party for a friend. My son loved this place so much that he wanted his birthday here this year. After having to reschedule because of a cold, Lolita was so helpful and understanding. The party still went on 3 weeks later and everyone said how things were taken care of from the moment they walked in. Everyone said you actually can enjoy his birthday and not be running around preparing for it. Lolita and her girls did AN AMAZING JOB!! I honestly can not say it enough. Everything ran so smoothly and in a timely manner. Lolita even came to check in and make sure everyone was ok and making sure we were enjoying ourselves. This place is a 10/10 off the charts!!! Thank you again for making my son’s 3rd birthday everything he could have asked for and more!!!
The customer service from Lolita and her staff was the best ever. They thought of everything, anticipated every need and kept the party going. High energy, extremely kind and well prepared. Additionally the entire facility was sparkling clean and smelled amazing. 10 out of 10 recommended! Guest of ours are already planning their son’s party for this location.
We had my son's birthday party at Pump It Up earlier this month. It was easy to book our date and schedule the party online. We received follow-up emails and a pre-party phone call to make sure our questions were answered. The kids had a blast in the different bounce houses and on the slides! Our party host, Emma, was fantastic. She handled getting the kids their choice of pizza and passing out the cupcakes we brought. When it was time to open gifts, she read each card with my son and jotted down the gift-givers name and gift. I honestly don't remember the last time I was able to actually sit back and watch my son open his gifts! We had a wonderful experience.
Good place for kids birthday parties that is both indoors (out of the weather) and still something they can do that will use lots and lots of energy. Sometimes the (admittedly mostly teenage) staff are a little underwhelming in their customer service skills. However, the party we had here went well, and all our guests seemed happy with the outcome, and our son had a blast. We have also attended 2 other birthday parties here with extremely similar experiences.
The staff was nice. It appears small because the party rooms are separated. There are two rooms with bouncy castles. The staff will assist you when it's time to move in to the next room. Both rooms have toddler areas for younger children. Make sure your child can get thru the the bounce castle, some can be tricky and tight. Socks are needed in order to play. They do have socks for sale if you forget yours.
The play areas were clean.
The bathrooms were not clean at all. We used the ladies restroom. Please take more care.

We went there for the toddler play time from 10:20-11:30am and that was a lot of fun. There wasn’t anyone else there that morning so my daughter and I got to enjoy the whole place to ourselves. I forgot the lady that was running the place name but she was very kind and just so sweet overall. We had a blast. Their toddler areas kept my 18 month old entertained for the whole hour.
