Sfoglina Rosslyn serves very solid Italian food, but it's definitely on the pricier side. The dishes were well-prepared and flavorful, so no complaints on the food front. I'd go again as I enjoyed my meal.
That said, the atmosphere and table management left a lot to be desired. My wife and I went on a Monday night for a date, and the restaurant was relatively slow, spacious, and empty, except for a very loud party of 12+ people seated directly behind us. It was a lot—screaming kids, over-the-top parents, the works. I don’t blame the party at all (they were just enjoying their evening), but it would’ve been nice if we’d been seated somewhere a bit quieter given how much space was available. We wish we could have been seated a few tables away from where they sat us; the whole section was literally empty. It really took away from what we hoped would be a relaxed date night.
On top of that, the large party understandably took a strain on our server's bandwidth. Our server was doing their best, but because of the group, we couldn’t order dessert or get our check in a timely manner, which made for a frustrating end to the meal. We probably stayed about 15-25 minutes longer than we should have.
Overall, great food, but the poor table management and experience with the loud party made it hard to fully enjoy.

We were late for our reservation due to traffic and the staff was accommodating and understanding. The wine list was varied and interesting. We had two rounds of appetizers since we simply couldn't pick just one. Unique, delicious, and creative! Handmade pasta was so delicious. The service was impeccible and they all worked like such a team. Honestly, on a full Friday night it was the right noise level, the right ambiance, the right level of attentiveness - and we were never rushed through.
I came to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday, expecting a memorable evening, but instead, it turned into a disaster. We were seated in a cramped booth right next to the kitchen, which already felt uncomfortable. The night started decently with appetizers, drinks, and a bottle of Amarone wine to pair with our pasta.
However, the night took a disturbing turn when a rat suddenly ran out from the kitchen right next to our table. I was horrified. I immediately called for the manager, who apologized and offered a $50 gift card, along with removing the main course from the bill.
Frankly, no apology or gift card could fix what happened. My birthday was completely ruined. I left the restaurant disgusted, still hungry, and absolutely certain I will never return. This place is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
I will call health department first thing in the morning

Second time at this place, it was very nice from service, food and atmosphere.
The calamari are super delicious, my friend and I decided to ordered a different plates and share, portions are very small just be aware of that also drinks are a little overpricing.
when I read the dessert menu I didn't crave anything... until I saw my friends desserts 🤤so I decided to try it😝 desserts are super delicious and unique especially the pistachio one.

Atmosphere and service is good but food is way overpriced. We ordered 5 different pastas and besides ravioli, nothing tasted that great. Fettuccini was overcooked with little oil. All other pastas were not that flavorful.
The only downside I can think is that this place is a little overpriced. However, that's the only negative I can think of this place.
The noodles and meats are incredibly fresh. One major issue Italian cuisine has is that it can be a little heavy given the combination of sauce and noodles. This place doesn't have that issue - even after eating an appetizer, 2 entrees, and dessert, it all felt light and delicious.
I highly recommend the lobster squid ink pasta. It's a delicious pairing where all the different ingredients work well together. The dish is expensive, but is worth the try. I look forward to going back and trying other items in their menu, and their other house made desserts!

Family-friendly Italian restaurant with bar inside a large corporate building. Parking at the garage is validated (past 5pm on a Saturday night at least)
Food is okay. I'm still looking for a good Italian restaurant in the area .
We got Rosemary Bread with ricotta, Fettuccine Alfredo, and the Arrabiatta. All decent but mid for the price we paid.
Atmosphere is okay. It's quite noisy inside and the decor is a little too red. It didn't give cozy local restaurant vibes but it doesn't give tablecloth romantic dinner vibes either. It felt more like a family restaurant than anything.
Service was great. Bathrooms are decently clean.

Beautiful space - food is almost 'excellent' and in time this place could very well be a 5 star. They've given serious thought in building out this warm and inviting restaurant experience. A glass enclosed pasta bar which protrudes into the building lobby as a flare of interactivity for patrons seated closeby. They've also opened the lobby to a sit down bar. That's a tad unusual - but extends the place. Inside the seating is country Italian chic with tables that feel like you're at an expensive yet relaxed Italian home rather than a restaurant. The lighting compliments the experience.
Food: We came here for a happy hour, but it extended into dinner. The offerings for happy hour are a tad on the light side in my humble opinion. They have a several beers - no drafts. Their mixed drink was crafted extremely well the first time by one bartender, then I saw another tender mixing the drink differently (essentially using the small pour shot glass side) for some other patrons. The house wine was respectable.
Pasta: I'm very impressed! They do produce some complex, deep flavor profiles, that don't overwhelm, but that are rich and dynamic. They place thought into the plating as you can see.
I'm excited that the owners took this place very seriously and have built on what they have in other locations. Early days here, but what you have is a high end restaurant that will hit all of the marks for your next up scale Italian fix.
