This place is seriously awesome for just getting away from it all. Kids love it, it's perfect for a couples' retreat, and honestly, it's even great if you just want some time to yourself. They have a really nice park and a great area for walking. Plus, there's a community center right there with a pool and a gym, which is super convenient.

Nice park but in a bit of a sketchy area.

Stop here for Gas, Snacks and Bathroom breaks! Clean bathrooms the day we were there. McDonalds was good but chicken nuggets were soggy. Right off the freeway if you blink you’ll miss it. Very busy on weekends, but a good stop to make during a long road trip to out west.

This might be my new favorite playground. It's far enough off the beaten path it shouldn't be too busy often. There's a pond! A sandbox. Bathrooms. Close parking. Lots of shade.

Very nice park in Brooklyn Center. Clean and well taken care of. Plenty of walking paths that include outdoor gyms along the way. They have all kinds of activities going on in the summer. You can walk from this park to Palmer. Great playground for the little ones. What I like most is that it's never to busy and it's so pretty. This is a great park to read a book at. Oh and the library is right next door as well as the community center!

What a beautiful hidden gem just off 694 and Shingle Creek Parkway! Amphitheater, multiple play structures, ball fields, walk/bike path, ambiance, scenic water features. Lots of community activities hosted here. Must see!

Great modern playground with lots of options for children. My 7 and 3 year old loved coming here to play. There is a large grassy field and nice pond-like water feature that sparkles in the sunshine. We will definitely be back!
