Bit tight if it’s busy but an excellent location for Mailbox, city centre and access to the Bristol Road
Nice car park very central and free parking for blue badge holders in disabled parking spaces
Only four blue badge spaces in whole car park and no lift so had to navigate round same route as cars on my mobility scooter from almost top floor which was only place I could find a space.
Used this carpark twice now.
Both times were for 24 hrs and no issues except 24hrs is max stay then you have to return to pay for more time if staying longer.
Tried using the parking app but transaction would not complete which was a shame as you can buy extra time on the app.
Location for the grand central and bullring is perfect about a 7 minute walk.

Not a bad carpark which isn't far from the city center & still takes cash payments 👍🏻
Easy parking Into Birmingham town centre. Within few minutes walking distance of bullring and train station. Reasonable parking price compared to others. Easier parking bays than certain other parking garages in area.

Prices have increased a fair bit over the years.
It isn't the easiest car par to park in, bigger cars will have difficulty as the bays are not adequate.
The location is perfect and the prices are fair as it's a fairly secure compound.
Can be hectic at peak times.
