This brunch is useless, never has notary and not very helpful
Great branch. Impecable service! One of the best lobby’s in nyc especially when you get locked out of your apartment out of 405 broadway, when your landlord and staff are watching from the cameras, it’s the best place to be when freezing cold trying to call police for help. I highly recommend this lobby as a safe place to try to get back into your apartment while you wait for the police. Which btw can take a bit. Especially since super won’t answer phone.
407 broadway chase the branch manager Jay and the branch employees are great they will work with you to get any problems you have resolved . Security is also great they show lots of love at the branch
They have good customer service , they attend to you quickly they are very respectful I've never had a problem with them , security is great and very respectful as well
Came in here to do some business. The place was not crowded at all but that was probably because it was on a Saturday morning. The place was clean and the people were respectful.
The best service me and my GF has ever received in any Chase branch. Leoh went out of her way to help us out in a jam. She took the time to help teach us about the Chase app, and helped us understand Apple Pay and how it all works with the new Atm systems. Thank you so much Leoh!!! :) Anytime we’re in town again we will visit! Best Experience at any Chase branch ever, in our 10years plus of banking.
I’m currently not a chase user, I have TD Bank. However, this place was amazing the people that work there are very nice. I am definitely going to transfer over to chase ASAP because TD Bank has horrible service. Love Chase! ❤️
I have had a great experience at this branch. Juan is the person I have been serviced by for the most part and he is always in a good mood and is very nice.
