Highly recommended as a good day trip from yerevan. it's small, but the views from it are gorgeous 🥰 of the garni temple.

Nice, but pricy for a place which seems to have received international funds ( assertion to be checked). Reputation seems overblown to me when compared to other places. Certainly important from a historical perspective but comes out as a curiosity rather than one of these numerous magical places in Armenia.

I found the location of this temple to be amazing. It is overrun by tourists during the day, so I stayed a night in Garni. At sunset, I was almost the only one there and managed to have some good pictures and quit time. You can also visit as soon as it opens at 9am. You will have the temple almost to yourself.
