The service was ok. The food would have been better without the side of flys. Seriously, the entire dinner we were batting away flys. My wife complained to management and her response was “we’re working on it.”

Our table was put in this really awkward spot between the bar and a booth. People kept knocking into our seats as they walked past. It was weird because there was a giant vacant spot to the left that was not in an aisle wedged between the bar and a booth.

Our main meals were ok, but the sides were not what I was expecting at all. I ordered a side of broccoli and mashed potatoes. The broccoli was basically raw. The mashed potatoes tasted like the instinct box kind.

I wouldn’t recommend going there.

I went to the Chateau, for dinner with my boyfriend and my friend. And we had the most delicious dinner ever. The waitress was amazing and very caring. I highly recommend them to my friends and family. Can't say enough about the Chateau. Thank you so much for your amazing dinner and excellent service. Will definitely be back.

The fish didn't have much character, wasn't marinated or seasoned well. And the service was so ordinary. I walked in and there were 3 folks and none greeted or enquired about being seated 😏. They don't care for your business

Pizza crust was soaked on the bottom. Veal Parm Sandwich was embarrassing. Looked like something I’d get for lunch at Grandma’s house. Service was very slow.

I go there as a family as we always have. A total of five of us. We were so lucky because the place was empty, no wait a minute (well actually an hour because that's how long we waited and still didn't get seated. My wife asked the maitre d about our seats and she told us the party were still seated even though thirty minutes before that she said our booth was being cleaned. So after being patient and respectful for an hour can you believe when we asked the hostess about our booth she lied to us again and had the nerve to be rude and have an attitude like we did something wrong by coming to her establishment even though our family have been going there from before we were married and without children. Now our children are out of the nest and we still are going there but not anymore. After tonight the way we were treated and standing there with tables and booth's open being told there are no seats and then told they have one booth and it's being cleaned to an hour later being lied to and being told the present party are still seated is so UN professional, disrespectful, dishonest, rude, in plain word's (WRONG). Yes I loved their food, atmosphere. The overall establishment was great. Now due to the way I was treated like myself and my family were unimportant, not worthy of, like we were all trash I will never step foot in The Chateau again. Our children were so embarrassed the walked out with their heads down like they did something wrong. I had to explain to them some individuals don't know how to treat the working class people if our country especially when we don't look like them. May you all have a great night.

I wish I knew the name of our server. We arrived at the end of the night after an 11 hour drive. We were greeted with welcome. The suggestion of the ravioli appetizer was spot-on and every bit as delicious as advertised. The pomodoro sauce was silky and delicious. And our server went far above and beyond by writing down helpful directions theater we needed for early the next day. An excellent meal with extraordinary service!

I was there for my uncle's birthday party. The waiter was amazing. I am gluten free, have some food allergies and my older sister is a picky eater but very accommodating with the options of food list we were able to get at the party. The food was delicious. The atmosphere is relaxing and you don't feel like you had to be rushed to eat your meal.
