Great mall, one of the most beautiful in Cairo ! There is a dancing fontaine with many restaurants around, it’s really nice. You can enjoy the shops inside and the restaurants outdoor. There are also nice playing areas for kids, i recommand « the digger », great activities for kids ! There are also supermarkets and Ikea and also Kidzania near ! Really Nice Mall to visit when in Cairo !!!
A large commercial mall with all international brand stores, such as Lacoste, Victoria's Secret, L'Oreal, Yves Saint Laurent, HM, Polo, Calvin Klein, maybelline makeup and cosmetics and food to go Such as Hardee's, Buffalo Burger, salade Fiesta cafes such as Starbucks, the largest furniture stores, children's toy stores hair cut salon, and IKEA. Everything you want you can find there, even places designated for ablution and prayer for men and women♥️👍
Nice shopping complex , one of the nicest in town. Lots of great shops , super perfect for shopping for all the family . Has a supermarket on site along with Ikea , food court , many gaming zones for the family and super restaurants along side of the dancing fountain , super suitable for outdoor seating. Faced small issues due to having a stroller and had to carry it many places on stairs. Somehow, it's very crowded on weekends, so watch out. Place has a cinema complex as well.
It's a very good and spacious mall but the air-conditioning could be better. And there should be benches and lounging areas to sit and relax, offering a respite after or during a long walk when your friends or family want to shop but you want to sit outside and catch a breath.
Also, the unnecessary checking of vehicles upon entrance and then frisking again physically is downright harassment. It is not a practice at any of the other big malls in and around Cairo, so why here?
The civic plan of Cairo Festival City is good, but instead of making it better, they made it worse by installing traffic lights on roundabouts! Traffic lights are installed on intersection and not on roundabouts. Whoever planned and executed this idea has resulted in choked traffic and unnecessary jams and accidents. Not to mention the speed bumps that are erected upon the entry of any roundabout there, now act as a deterrent together with the traffic lights. Actually, it's the traffic lights that have created a mess and turned this place into a traffic nightmare.

Awesome mall has two part indoor with all international brands and outdoor with a beautiful area to set and see the dancing fountain. Highly recommend in central location and near to Cairo international airport.
Cairo Festival City Mall..a very large commercial mall. It has an open area with a dancing fountain. You can enjoy the wonderful view, and there are many luxurious restaurants. It is a suitable place for shopping and buying clothes. It also has cinema halls, as well as a VIP cinema. You can watch movies. I recommend visiting Cairo Festival Mall to spend a picnic Wonderful and fun, you can go with your friends for more fun
Very descent shalah /prayer room is the most important to moslem. The mall provides them very well - and that's the first thing. The others come second. Afternoon to evening is the best time to be there at dancing fountain plaza or cafe table overlooking it.
