Deliveroo app said it would be 30 mins delivery. After 1 hour, I called and they were adamant there was no Deliveroo order that had been placed. Several minutes of arguing and asking other staff, they managed to find it. They said it would be 15-20 minutes. Another hour goes by! I call for them to tell me it has gone out to the delivery driver and it will be 5 minutes. Another 20 minutes later and still hasn't arrived. By this time I had to go out and so left my house knowing the driver would ring and I'd tell them to leave it on my doorstep.

Another 10 mins later and they rang me asking if I was home I told them to leave it on my doorstep. I arrived home 10 mins later and the 2 bags were on my car bonnet!!!! Opened the food and it was all lukewarm at best.

So 2 and a half hours and 2 phone calls later, I received lukewarm, not warm enough to enjoy, food.

Awful service and complete and utter liars.

Food was excellent, but service was very appalling they don't say yes what would you like or have you been seen to. They just move their head up aggressively and it can mean a lot of things such as what, or they asking if something wrong and you got something to say.

Never not liked any food I've bought from here. Burgers , pizzas, kids meal it's my go to for quick good quality food. They don't take card and open at 5

Super slow service, under age kid working at front counter , probably 13 year old. Would not recommend, dirty from inside.

When I am lazy to cook, I always come for their Pizzas because they have very yummy chewy dough that's different from others pizzerias❤️ it would be nice,if the staff would be a bit friendly , but it's ok. It's not a big deal 🙂

I ordered kebabs and chicken burger and hand on heart I can advise you not to buy from them. Kebab was dry and hard to eat, chicken fillet burger that I ordered for my daughter went straight to bin, she was complaining that it doesn’t taste good and as soon as I tried it I understood what she was trying to tell me. Salad in the burger was brown not green and the chicken wasn’t fried as it should be. Of course I rang Rajas to tell them about the issue and the guy on the phone was disrespectful telling me that they are too busy to deal with me… when I told him that I will write a review he said he will block it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM WASTE OF MONEY!

Food came 25 mins late. My burger was literally rock hard. I could tell that chicken was cooked and been sat in their kitchen for a long time. Pizza also very cold with solid cold cheese on top. I rang to complaint and the guy on phone goes I cant do much if the food is cold. We are busy and its not easy for us. We get complains like this all the time but there's nothing I can do.

Moral of story. Avoid them if you can. They would rather serve cold food than employ enough staff to deal with orders.

It's good and delicious and my family favourite take away
