Very solid and spacious Lounge. Food selection was decent in the evening - even around 10pm a broad variety of food was available.

Big big plus have been the showers in the lounge. A lot of space and very clean. This was perfect after a long day and before a long haul flight.

The star reduction is due to some staff being below average friendly and limited helpful. Please note the overall staff was excellent and nothing complain about - just 2-3 people provided the feeling to not bother them while being e.g. on their smartphone.

As far as lounges in this part of the world go, it's solid. The expansion looks nice and there is a ton of room now. WiFi password: sparkling

Amazing lounge .
This lounge is also shared by American Airlines -
It’s called as Greenwich lounge ..
great service .
Well maintained ..
Good food ..
Suitable for vegetarians as well .
There are options in everything for vegetarians..
The service personnel was very attentive to my questions of certain food .. keep up the good work :)

We were in the lounge early morning. Breakfast offerings were good. Nothing spectacular but they included fruit and a kale salad which was refreshing. Lounge was large with many seating options. Definitely comfortable and clean.

This is definitely the best lounge I’ve ever visited. The food can be ordered using a QR code. Clean, quiet and the staff was nice… it worth it to pay for the access if possible.

The impossible burgers and tagliatelle (ordered through QR code in F wing) were totally yummy. Add cocktails, champagne, and pretty decent wines, and you have a great lounge. Pity will be liquidated with the move to T8 in the winter.

Really enjoyed this lounge. The staff was so friendly. The friendliest I've experienced. The rooms are small not with great, comfortable sitting but neither horrible. The food sections, chef services, and a la carte menu were great. Overall, good food, variety, & buffets were also good. The lounge was clean & organized. Bathrooms were small and needed better cleaning but I've seen worse.
