Customer service non-existent. Clerk stayed on her computer the entire time.
I go here often out of proximity I have a cat and dog so I always need something. They have a good selection of products and food, but honestly the service is meh... A few different people behind the counter don't normally greet customers, I bring my puppy when I go, not even a smile... common it's a puppy and you work at a pet store!! I used to shop at Too Zoo a few blocks away, I might go back there, customer service is miles ahead and they are so excited to see everyone who walks in. If the owners read this, you might want to put some extra flair on your customer service, pet parents care a lot about their "baby's" and my experience has left me wanting more.
Great pet store, they have everything you need for your cat or dog!! And also really helpful and friendly service!

Resident cats are absolutely gorgeous and friendly , very good selection of items at least for individuals of the feline persuasion ( I admit I have not perused the canine section but it seems as varied as the cat section). Very friendly and helpful staff !
Good diversity of food and products, friendly staff will help you choose the right food for you pet.
