Their food taste good. The serving is also big. This photo i uploaded is of the traditional bowl and i just finished eating about half so yeah, they have big servings. I also wanna specifically commend them for taking their customer service to the next level. I requested just a little bit of simple broth or soup included with my order because im sick and I didnt really expect them to provide that because well, not many restaurants really read requests 😒 but Thai Tai gave me a HUGE bowl of delicious soup that really comforted me today. So thank you!!!

This place is nice. you can eat delicious Vietnamese food. There are many toppings options. You can customize the food to suit your taste. There are always many people here. But it's worth waiting for the line. Many of the notes on the walls in the store show how much people love this place. Next time, I will try bowl . It also looks very delicious.I recommend this place.

Customer service is excellent. Just few tables inside but their subs and bubbles teas are awesome. Highly recommended if you're in 17th ave. SW.

One of Calgary’s BEST restaurants! They haven’t been around for over 20 years cause for any other reason, but that!

Up until recently their pricing was rock bottom low! As with so many recent events this was out of their control and they’ve raised their prices.

The main difference is many other restaurants raised their prices BEFORE this and are probably even HIGHER now! On top of using lower quality and lesser quantity food! That is NOT what they’ve done here!

We spend a LOT of money eating out and we notice and pay attention to these things!

Thai Tai is THE SPOT on early in the day or late at night and whether it’s HOT, cold, rain or shine, they’ve got something DELECTABLY DELICIOUS AND FRESH for you and yours!

The owners are ALWAYS friendly, welcoming and well beyond accommodating when it comes to any issues that do happen!

You can almost NEVER be disappointed coming here! Even if you are, they will take care of you if there is any issue!

The flavor of this subs is unique. Delicious, can't miss it. We asked them to go. The service is quick. And it is something you just want to have again and again.

Wow. Great viet food - I ordered thru ubereats and it transported well. Other than needing some heating, the ingredients tasted so fresh and large portions.

I've been in Calgary for 22 years. I used to frequent this place like crazy!!! Wow. It's just not the same. It's soooo run down!!! Popped in today for first time in probably 5 years. My sub was not great at all and it's just ghetto inside. They need a complete reno and revamp. They opened 2 other stores, that never survived. This location seems to make it, but maaan, you need to put some money into a cleanup. The floors and windows are filthy, and that bathroom? Wow
