Another airlines screwed me over. Southwest came in to save the day. They booked me a flight and got me home on time. Way to go Southwest Airlines!!

Good flight services the best things is 2 bags including in tickets prices good for low budgets. Worse things is the third bags cost 75$ nearly half tickets prices!!
Just like you pay 25$ foe your luggages
I think they can work on that at least 3rd bags like30$that will fare and most people will accepted .most people don't need 3rd bags,May be one passenger per flight,so it's doesn't cause any things ,compared with benefits from New customers.
I think also they you can work on the snacks improve it and you will be the best.

My birthday in Hawaii was made possible by Southwest Airlines. Without their special assistance, I would not have been able to go, but as it was, it was better than any dreams I have ever had! Thank you so much for making my 70th birthday a memorable experience!
I love that Southwest has a great baggage policy. You can bring 2 checked bags and a carry on or personal item without being charged extra. They have a 50 lb.weight limit as well, which is 10 lbs. more than other airlines that is have used I'm the past. Also, they have Rapid Rewards. I have been able to get enough points to get perks and free travel. You can use the Soithwest credit card for extra points and/or sign up to receive points when you use your own cards at partner businesses to shop or eat at restaurants. I know over the holidays there was a lot of confusion, but they reached out and offered to do what they could to make things as right as they could in my experience. That really counts for something. I have had overall good experiences with Southwest's staff in person, on the phone and online. In general I have been comfortable on my flights and felt safe as I could in the sky. The way they board isn't always convenient if you want to sit together since its mostly first come first sit. However you can pay extra to board first and if you have a special need or are traveling with young children you will get preferred seating. It beats paying extra to choose your seat and then hope you get to sit there.
I got stuck in LA overnight so I checked with several airlines for prices and southwest was the cheapest, and to add to the value they did not charge me a bag check in fee. Customer services was very helpful. Plane took off on time and landed on time. So happy I chose to fly with Southwest... way better then their competitor that starts with a DEL and ends with a TA 🤫. 5 stars this trip.

I know what you're thinking, especially with the recent holiday meltdown of 2022, but Southwest is still the best in my opinion! Think about it... What other airlines do not have cancellation fees? Allows you to cancel your flight and use credit later that no longer expires? Allows your baggage to fly free? Has a huge network with frequent flights? Has insane sales fares as low as $29? (Rare, but has happened) Has a comfortable cabin with generous leg space? Offers free unlimited drinks, and yes I usually get more than one and even a can to go... The list goes on and on. If you're an average traveler like me who does not fly first class, it's really refreshing to board a jet without walking by the ostentatious folks in first class, mocking you for flying in economy. Finally, Southwest is known to fly into more stress-free airports like Burbank or Long Beach. But if you fly into LAX, the new Terminal 1 is amazing. Did I mention that Southwest also flies to Hawaii?
