Great venue! My wife and I hosted our Mehndi at Flushing Town Hall. All of the staff were super easy to work with, and our guests loved the uniqueness and history of the hall. We also hosted an event in their garden which was also lovely. Super appreciative of the building and the staff, highly recommend it.

Went for a wedding that was held outside on the terrace. It was a beautiful venue. The reception hall was spacious but intimate. It was a great location.

Saw an amazing mashup show and it was wonderful. Irish vs Spanish music and then mashing it together was truly inspiring. The building is beautiful, clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. The sound was great and it was a real pleasure. An amazing building and venue highly recommended. Parking can be tricky so plan ahead

I enjoyed the concert I attended here. But the level audience floor forced me to change seats due to a large woman sitting directly in front of me. She kept shifting her head, forcing me to do the same in order to view the stage.
The theatre had a sorority feeling where I got the sense most knew each other in a pleasant way.
I was impressed of all the suspended stage light arrays.
There's a concession area serving beer, wine, etc. but credit cards weren't accepted. I bought guests and three beers costing over $20. I wasn't prepared and didn't indulge.
You might also need to know, there's a flight of stairs to gain entrance into the theatre and I didn't notice handicap accessible means, though there may have been a elevator somewhere.

Very nice venue for Chinese opera performance. Though floor is flat, stage is high enough to provide good viewing for audience. If the balcony is open, all seats have a great view of the stage.

I, Kathleen Anne (Thomas's wife) attended a free symphony concert at The Flushing Town Hall on February 15th. Special guest; world-class pianist "Paik" was the jewel in the crown.
Viewed in the art galleries a textile exhibit of beautiful Korean Bojagi Art with contemporary esthetic. ~Tradition Meets Modern Beauty~ by Wonju Seo. Definitely my highlight of the evening was this unique form of patchwork textiles & the creative process of blending the ancient skills into a present interpretation!!
Also on display in the corridor walls of the Town Hall; Red Envelopes created by local children in the Flushing community. This was a "celebration clothesline" featuring over 100 handmade, decorated red envelopes....a homage to the Chinese Lunar New Year.
I highly recommend this venue for a visit. The building is magnificint from a historical perspective, global arts community events theatre & Flushing Council on Cultural Arts affiliate.

Cool, little venue for a wedding. On the first level, there is an art gallery. I didn't care for the photography exhibit, but I'm sure other people did. When you walk upstairs, there is a theatre with a balcony. I wasn't expecting that. There was plenty of room for a dance floor and round tables.

Went to Flushing Town Hall with my students tho see Tim Kubart and the Space Cadets. Great venue with a lot of history hanging on the walls. There were AC units.
