Pretty cool being able to scan the barcode at your table, view the menu and select items, and pay right from your smartphone.
The location is really nice(rooftop restaurant). Partly inside, but you can also sit outside.
The whole restaurant it's decoration is awesome. From the entrance to the toilet(very special lol).
Service is quick and friendly.
The food is ok, we ate quite a lot of sushi in different restaurants and some stand out, but most of them all taste the same(like this one). This in combination with the high price makes is mediocre at best.

I loved the selection of sushi. I’d say it’s my favourite I’ve had! Tuna futomaki is usually my go to. The right amount of spice, tuna and cucumber and the portions are amazing. You can select two pieces or 6/8 pieces. This is great compared to London where you don’t get to select your portion size. Umami roll is amazing as well! Lovely touch with the pomegranates. The sake salmon nigiri is exquisite, me and my sister were very happy!!!! The customer service is amazing! Lovely, bubbly, and so helpful. We were tourists and she gave us amazing tips and let us know what events are on, what kind of food we can get, how to get there, that really helped us explore!! Wishing the team well!! Great Japanese food in Zurich! Staffs were nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant. ❤️
Stumbled here during a walk around the city. Sushi was nice. Customer service was fantastic. Will eat here again.
Great place to eat and enjoy with date or friends. Staff is very nice and friendly. They speak several languages. Food was amazing.
Not worth the price. Sushi was just okay, I expected more with that price. The ramen is a total failure. Not tasty at all. It seemed like the broth was just water. I could say that was the worst ramen I have ever eaten in my entire life. I ended up to just eat the meat and egg from the ramen. I asked for chili oil, the staff didn’t even know that, she then brought me chili sauce that I couldn’t even put in that bad ramen.
I had been to Negishi before so I kind of knew what to expect. Both my partner and I are vegan and Negishi do offer many vegan options which is great.
Their hot food choice is really good but the best part is certainly sushi. So many options and all delicious. This particular restaurant is perhaps a bit smaller than the others and doesn’t look as modern as their other locations. However, the customer service is good and efficient, and the food is consistent with other locations.
I would highly recommend Negishi and the only improvement opportunity I see is that they should go 100% vegan.
