Unfortunately, the leasing situation in this location has killed the strip center. The only thing currently left in the parking lot is a Burger King.
The center is undergoing extensive construction at this point and has a natural food store coming in.
It remains to be seen just how this location turns out following the construction. The community holds out great hope for the revitalization of this site.

This shopping center is currently under remodeling as the former giants is halfway gone. I took pictures of every abandoned store remaining before, it was a very great abandoned/outdated shopping center with lots of old abandoned 90s stores still there

Nice place to park and get your grub on... Next to Burger King too Buddy get your grub and park and munch. The parking lot is clean and safe . Well lit at night and no scrupulous characters lurking around.
I wish they would put businesses back in this shopping center or repurpose it for something. As it stands the only thing left is the burger King thats been there for years. I miss some of the food places that used to be here, sad to see so many businesses close.
This used 2 b 1 of my favorite shopping centers. Unfortunately, the years have not been kind 2 it. 1 after another merchant left supposedly because of high rent. I believe only Burger King, Pepino's & the Chinese restaurant remain. Starbucks left within the last yr. Very sad situation!
It seems like it use to be a nice shopping center. Now Starbucks is gone. All the stores from Burtonsville crossing have literally mived across the street to the modern Burtonsville Plaza. I believe this shopping center can come back alive though.
There are only 1 or 2 restaurants left in the entire shopping center. Why is this former strip mall still standing? Even the Starbucks moved out! Crush this place and build something useful to the community.
I remember when this place opened and it was full of stores. Sadly however, with the new 29 bypass diverting most of the traffic away from this location, and the newly renovated mall across the street, this place is only a faded memory of what it once was. The few shops that are left are worth checking out, but I don't blame you if you don't want to go out of the way to get to this place.
