It's Laurel. It was a very busy place as highly traffic roads. But the shopping Center is huge and has a variety of places for all your basic needs and dining. A parking lot is very large and free.
Has stood the test of time and has some great options especially dining. Palacio de Peru has some nice food that tastes home cooked.

Someone through a cigarette on an island of mulch after the grounds architect completed their master piece. Smoke filled the entire parking lot. So, so much excitement. What a nice place to shop.
