The metro station is excellent. However, there seems to be an issue with the readability of the first machine on the left side when checking out. It can get quite crowded during rush hour.
One of the best metro station in Dubai. The best way to go to jumeriah, Atlantis, Tram and mono rail. It has everything nearby
I had a bad expirience with guy working in this counter ..
I met him at outside his cabin and he try to unlock the passing electronic gate .
Then I begun to ask him like " hi Can I have few minutes " I would like to know about can I use NOL card for access a SB train ( monorail 🚝)
For this simple question
He yell at me and so rude 😒
I wish some camera should spotted this guy behaving like this with me today .
If I find a time I definitely write a mail to RTA in dubai.
If you Guys coming across this guy let me know .
We must stop this kinda xenopo guys ...
I could see that he has full of hatred towards my outlook .
So mean 😕
Time should be around
5 to 6 pm
14/ 5/ 2023
Also I saw this sane guy sitting in the ticket counter around 8 45 to 9 15 pm .
He is very rude with others as well I noticed it ...

Very convenient metro station which gives you an access to touristik and business areas of Dubai.
Clean metro station. For some reason, the mobile payment senor of the top up machine doesn't work well and I had to go to the information counter and it worked luckily. The ride is relatively smooth but really crowded during rush hour.
