It's just a house that i ealked by. I saw the placard and then looked up what it was. Such a sad and compelling story. Domestic abuse must be put to an end. I hope the victims can find peace (here or in the hereafter) and that the perpetrators suffer for eternity.
To be honest it's not that scary
This building is big part of Greenwhich Village history. There is nothing to do in the area but take a look or a photo but when you know the history of the building it makes for a rewarding visit. Mark Twain lived there between 1900-1901 and you will see a plaque in his honor.
