Small park it was not busy at all. Best part is the small river that passes through it.parking was easy not expensive. Metro north Station across the street. Which is the yonkers stop on the hudson line. It has decent amount of benches. Only few steopz away from the hudson river water front. Unfortunately it does not have a playground however there are a few Porta potties across the street by the train station.

This is a very interesting urban park with a rich history and a lot of beautiful things to see. Really appreciated the mix of public art and seating surrounding the river, plus they have a lot of useful plaques around explaining the history of the area. Highly recommended!

Beautiful conserved area in heart of Yonkers. I was very pleasantly surprised by this park. The little waterfall/rapids is very in keeping with the historic utility of the Hudson and Saw Mill Rivers in the industrial heyday of Yonkers City. Some lovely areas with benches offer respite. The main train station (directly across the street) was designed by the same people who conceived Grand Central.

Great place to walk and enjoy the good weather.

Daylighting the Saw Mill here is wonderful, now to knock down the train station and reroute the tracks and raise the road and let it become the beautiful outlet it once was…

Good place to take a nice walk on a sunny afternoon, go for a run in the early morning or sit and observe nature. Close to the Yonkers train station and public library.

This is not a Park! It is actually where one of many sewage drains of Yonkers, NY, & runs back into our drinking faucets (tap water) which is actually pretty gross! Yuke!!!

It is a really beautiful little park with big important feaures located right across the Yonkers station on Buena Vista Avenue.

It is where the Saw Mill River egress into the Hudson River along the tidal pool. You will see ducks, turtles, birds, fish, and other wild life, swimming and basking in the sun.

Other main attractions are the "Open Classroom" arena and the "Sound Bridge".

A destination most definitely worth your time.

I recommend a leisurely visit to this historic area of Yonkers, NY
