CAT ticket stations everywhere but couldn’t find a normal ticket box, followed directions to the train and once boarded got fined €105 for having no ticket. I understand and payed but I think ticketing should be more clear like CAT…. Not an amazing welcome for a tourist.. else add a ticket machine in the train like the ones you find in trams
For someone who does not understand Deutsch and not familiar with European transit system, it would take some time to getting used to the train schedules, getting tickets, and where to go to the platform and eventually where to exit. But trains are a lot cheaper and faster than taxis and hired chauffeur. It’s free roaming system, but keep your tickets handy and validated.
Lots of different trains to the city centre. The cheapest is the S bahn and only cost a 4 euros each buy them at the red ticket machines.

Clean and convenient, offering direct access to Vienna via the CAT or local trains. Regional trains reach throughout the area as well on regular times as well. Easy for tourists and locals to figure out.
Had no issues getting on my train to Hbh Wien and then to Budapest, or getting to the train station. Bought my ticket in advance, and it was a pleasant ride
Wien Flughafen Bahnhof or Vienna International Airport station serves the connection between Vienna airport to the rest of Austria. The station is so clean and well organised. It's very easy to navigate from the station to the airport.

The staff were friendly, informative, and always ready to assist. The station itself is well-maintained and easily accessible, with clear signage guiding me to the platforms. The train service was punctual and comfortable, making my journey enjoyable. The range of amenities available, including dining options and shops, added to the overall convenience. I highly recommend Vienna Airport Station to anyone traveling through Vienna. It's a top-notch transportation hub!
