Had the trailer air tanks I needed within 24 hrs at a fair price.
I bought my flatbed there! And have had some repairs done as well! They take appointments, and are timely in returning your equipment as soon as possible, and at a fair price!
Good people!!
Good people!!
After purchasing a PJ dump trailer and a Reitnouer flatbed from East Coast Trailer & Equipment. I won’t consider doing business anywhere else. They’re serious about providing top quality products and services at a fair price. Sales Dept. is very knowledgeable, helpful and great to work with.
These folks did their best to help me. I understand that they are strictly commercial and the made a great recommendation on a parts supplier. If you need commercial trailer repairs in the Charlotte area they are your stop.
Very pleasant experience. Called and friendly office administrator transferred directly to the parts department to double check they had inventory in need of. Parts department answered quickly and double checked measurements and quantity. Held the last two I needed for me to pick up immediately. Paid. And was met on the side by several gentlemen to load in the truck. Definitely recommend
Just bought our 3rd trailer from Andrew today. He is a great salesman and very easy to work with. I have had great experience with PJ trailers and I send anyone looking for a trailer Andrews way because I know he will take care of them.
Tim is the best salesman we've ever had!. We don't know what we would do without him. Rick in parts is so knowledgeable. They help us so much in our business every single day. So thankful for both of them!
I bought a trailer from these guys a couple weeks ago and had a great experience, was in and out quick, left happy and I absolutely love my trailer. I recently returned to have my 2" ball swapped onto a drop receiver and the service guy acted like I asked for his firstborn and $1M. It's a shame that this contrast exists. I look to form relationships with shops like this and it looks like I have to go elsewhere.
