Hotel Centro Bodrum

Good location. Lovely staff. Delicious breakfast. Nice balcony. Maybe small rooms and mattress and pillows not great.

The lady’s at the front desk were amazing and soo friendly, I desperately needed to see a doctor on arrival and they had a doctor come pick me up get me on a IV and stitches done and then dropped me off at dinner. Upgraded our room free of charge, gave us recommendations for food and shopping, and was just a lovely place. Thank you

The location and outside equipment t are good. All the rest is bad and doesn’t t worth the price. We booked on booking. They canceled last minute the booking though booking, to avoid being under booking review presumably, however they kept saying rooms: humidity smell, bathroom door not closing, moist in the bathroom, super tiny rooms. We booked a roll with terrace: in was with tiny balcony and room with two beds, this one was with 3 beds (imagine the space). Not possible to get multiple keys per room. Fortunately air conditioning was working. Not recommended, but the location (you can do Bodrum marina and castle by foot)

I would rate Centro Hotel Bodrum with 3 stars. While the small room size and bathroom condition didn't bother us significantly, the broken shower head, toilet seat, and overall maintenance issues were disappointing. On a positive note, the lobby was spacious and appealing, and the pool had a nice atmosphere with surrounding trees. The hosts were welcoming, but the breakfast lacked variety and richness. The persistent fungus smell in the corridors and rooms indicated a need for better waterproofing and cleanliness. With some improvements, Centro Hotel Bodrum has the potential to offer a more enjoyable experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Centro hotel, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the care and attention provided by Mrs Seda and the staff made our stay memorable.

First and foremost, Mrs seda deserves a special mention for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Her dedication to ensuring every guest felt at home was evident in every interaction. She was always available to address any queries or concerns, and her genuine interest in our comfort was truly appreciated.

The breakfast provided each morning was delicious. The variety of options catered to everyone's tastes, must try their pepper paste spread. We felt like we were indulging in a homemade feast each morning.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. It was situated in a peaceful and scenic area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Yet, it was conveniently close to local attractions and activities suitable for families. We enjoyed exploring the nearby marina. Try the bar / garden , next door "Den"

Overall, I can't thank the manager and the staff enough for their care and dedication in making our stay at the family-oriented bed and breakfast hotel so wonderful. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a memorable and enjoyable vacation. During my recent trip to Bodrum, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Centro, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived until the time of our departure, the hotel's staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable.

One aspect of our stay that truly stood out was the exceptional treatment we received from the hotel's employees. The level of service and genuine hospitality was truly commendable. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, every member of the hotel's staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request or inquiry we had. Their warm smiles and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay.

One particular highlight of our experience at Hotel Centro was the flexibility and generosity shown by the staff regarding our late check-out. We had a late evening flight and wanted to make the most of our last day in Bodrum. When we inquired about the possibility of a late check-out, the staff graciously accommodated our request, allowing us to enjoy the pool area until late in the day. This gesture created a perfect ending to our vacation, as we were able to relax, soak up the sun, and take full advantage of the hotel's amenities before our departure.

Speaking of the pool area, it was a true oasis of relaxation. The pool itself was clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by comfortable loungers and umbrellas. The tranquil ambiance, coupled with the attentive poolside service, made for a truly enjoyable experience. We spent hours lounging by the pool, sipping refreshing drinks, and indulging in delicious snacks from the hotel's poolside bar. It was the perfect way to unwind and make the most of our extended check-out time.

The hotel itself was modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff ensured that our room was spotless and well-stocked throughout our visit. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, as it was within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the vibrant Bodrum nightlife.

In conclusion, Hotel Centro in Bodrum exceeded our expectations in terms of service, hospitality, and accommodating our late check-out request. The outstanding treatment we received from the hotel's employees, coupled with the enjoyable pool area and convenient location, made for a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend Hotel Centro to anyone visiting Bodrum and seeking a hotel that values its guests and provides an exceptional experience.

Firstly, thanks to this place that they didn't charge for early check-in. Breakfast was also good with a bit more options compared to traditional Turkish breakfast, food was fresh.
But the rest of things in this hotel were disaster. Room was tiny that we can't even open our suitcase, it looked bigger on a photo. There was no organised place to put our belongings. They set cupboard blocking the window that you can't keep window open, fresh air was not coming to the room. Because of that there was fungus in a room and inside of cupboard. Shower cabin was covered with fungus as well. Bathroom door was not closing at all. Generally bathroom didn't look like on the photo, it was much more old and dirty. Bed linen was peeling, blanket was smelly like they didn't wash it for a long time. When my boyfriend went to reception to talk about problems described above staff have not provided any solution and generally behaved like they didn't care at all.

Amazing staff ready to help you everything and make you feel at home, sparkling clean cozy room, brand new facilities, good fresh breakfast with a view to the garden and the pool with nice sunshine outdoor area. Good location, markets almost in front of, 7-8minutes walking distance to many bars/restaurants and the Bodrum Yatch Club. Huge thank you for all staff who helped me a lot to get on time to catch my ferry. They really care about it :)
