I ordered a chicken sandwich, it was dry & tough. Every table in the dining room was dirty, even though only two other people were eating in there (I managed to find a little clean one in the corner and sat there). Customer service was lackluster at best. Very disappointing 😞
My recent visit to this location left much to be desired. One of the most noticeable issues was the lack of air conditioning. Dealing with a hot day without the comfort of cool air made the experience extremely uncomfortable. It not only affected my enjoyment of the meal but also made the stay unbearable. Also, the place smelled bad, like asphalt or something. It was hard to enjoy the meal with that smell around. Bad smell followed with no air conditioning was suffocating.
Lastly, the person who served my food was sweating a lot, and my family and I couldn't stop thinking about that excessive sweat possibly falling onto our food.
I hope the restaurant takes steps to address these concerns and improve the customer experience in the future.

I love Pollo Tropical especially this store. the food is really good. Great taste! The customer service is the best. Every time I visit a restaurant I like to be greeted with a smile and a kind word and I always find that in this store. Cashier Sally is the best, she is very kind and friendly. The lady who served me the food, named Tania, was also very attentive and fast. I recommend this store 100%.
I got a bowl and said countless times no beans I am allergic. They assured me there were no beans-I even looked when they handed me my food but I couldn’t tell until I drove 30 minutes home and now I cannot eat my meal and can’t go back. They won’t answer their phones so looks like I am just throwing away $$. If you have allergies or special requests DO NOT GO HERE.
Drove from the Kissimmee location to this one because of bad customer service at the other location. Everyone was extremely nice but Tamika was the best. They ran out of curry mustard but Tamika literally ran to the back to make some new ones. This is the kind of customer that makes people’s days just a little bit better. Hope pollo continues to hire and retain these type of employees.
Cashier was kind and nice her name was Sally. When I got my bowl, it had very few avocado slices. The blonde haired lady that spoke Spanish showed attitude when I said that my bowl didn’t have enough avocado slices. In the end, I got a tiny bowl of avocados but the blonde lady was clearly unhappy about it and showed attitude. Change your attitude
Amazing service the person informed me they don’t do bottled water and instantly got me a cup from the fountain and filled it.

I waited 30 minutes for my food. And then they got the order wrong when it finally came out. I ordered the Avocado Cilantro TropiChop…and they didn’t even cut up the avocado (which wasn’t ripe) as shown in the picture. The chicken was dry. No one came around to clear the tables. This Pollo Tropical is in desperate need of help.
