The best Indian/Fusion restaurant in UAE ... Very friendly staff....i was lucky to meet the celebrity chef himself... Chef Vineet and have not seen anyone as humble as him...his kindness reflects in his food.... i have been visiting this place past 3 years almost and the flavours get better everytime we visit... 10/10... 👌

One of my favorite Indian restaurant in Dubai. Gulabi puri chaat is my all time favorite. Wide variety of food. Everything is so different and tasty.

Absolutely incredible take on modern Indian cuisine. The food, ambience, and service were impeccable. Highly recommend the pinwheel samosas, chowpatty bhaji dosa, and sabudana vada. The flavour and texture of each dish were spot on, well balanced with the sauce/curry base. Their in-house mint chutney and ketchup was delicious. Totally worth trying amongst the other fantastic restaurants at the hotel. Can complete a meal with the starters alone!
A truly exceptional interpretation of contemporary Indian cuisine. The impeccable blend of food, ambiance and service is remarkable. Every dish's flavors and textures are perfectly executed, harmonizing flawlessly with their respective sauces and curry bases. Their in-house mint chutney and ketchup are delightfully flavorful. This restaurant is a must-try among the many outstanding options at the hotel, and the starters alone can constitute a satisfying meal!

We decided to go to Indya by Vineet to celebrate my son's 3rd birthday. The ambience was amazing, love the decor as well. The service was really good, everything we ordered was served super quick even though the place was almost full. Most of the food was good, kolivadi paneer and chicken tikka masala were outstanding.

If you want to celebrate your special occasion this place is must visit …..

Indya by Vineet really took indian cuisine to the fine dine plateau. The satisfaction derived from the standard of food after dining is nearly unmatched.

Loved the taste of every dish ordered at the restaurant with the expception of the dessert.

The Coriander fish Tikka was distinct in flavour, which really stood out.

Lamb biryani was good, but the butter chicken was divine, possibly the best in Dubai ( alongside Asha's).

The only downside was the gulabi gang dessert did not match the standards of the earlier courses, the jelebis were soft and not very crispy, overall however it was decent to eat.

But beyond just the flavour and innovation in the dishes loved the subtle touch of luxury added to the dishes which further elevated the expierence. Most fine dine restaurants focus on presentation, Indya is amongst those few, which also focuses on aspects of the food offered. The velvety finish of the butter chicken with perfect morsels of chicken, the smooth fluffy texture of the raita with the biryani, the velvety smooth chutneys with papad.

These efforts by the team, though subtle, added the extra magic required to seal the Fine Dine title.

The food was excellent and this is the main benefit of the place. We took the lamb curry, some starters including the onion balls and the lemon bread - everything was just fine. The greatest downside is the location: Indya is in Le Meridian hotel and unfortunately very close to the pool: quite a lot of people in swimming trunks were roaming nearby the tables during our lunch. Not a superb background for enjoying a restaurant time. It’s a shame because the food was delicious indeed.
