Delicious sushi and sashimi spot! Had the spicy miso ramen and salmon rolls with the yellowtail jalapeño.
We had a FANTASTIC experience at Okinii! The food was absolutely stunning and delicious, atmosphere was calm but energizing, and our server Ben lee was generous with his time and recommendations. The food came out quickly and hot, and we loved every bite. The hibachi steak and fried rice were unmatched. I can’t wait to come back for another meal here. Highly, highly recommend!
I've dined in once and gotten take-out twice. Hospitable staff and great food options! Fresh and flavorful with reasonable prices!
I was in Tokyo for 2 weeks recently and was craving some quality sushi with an authentic vibe. I was so pleasantly surprised to find this establishment hit all the marks for me. Our server was so kind and funny. We had a great time chatting with him about food and travels through Asia. We ordered the crispy tuna, Spicy Lady, Godzilla Roll (not fried) and everything was so delicious!! The fish was fresh, the drizzled sauce was just right and the crispy tuna was amazing!! The rice was fried giving it almost the same crunch as a chicharron. For dessert, I had the melon popsicle which is so creamy and taste like fresh melon, and my friend got the green tea mochi. Speaking of green tea, their tastes like the real deal. Everything we tried was wonderful and the atmosphere made me so happy. It’s beautifully decorated with Japanese red lanterns and feels like Tokyo. I highly recommend coming for lunch with friends or for a date night. The price point for the quality was also very fair. I’ll be back soon and I’m bringing more people!
The best japanese restaurant I ate in ny.
Fantastic food, fantastic people. Value for money is the best I've found around here. I will come back every time I pass through Ny.

Food was a little pricey for the amount. Went in with a party of 10, and we got 2 party platters. Those party platters were probably good enough for a group of 5 or 4. We only got sushi, and it wasn't bad! It was pretty good, and no one got sick, so I guess I would call it pretty good. The atmosphere was warm and the staff were so friendly and helped with a cake as well! Overall, it was a good experience and I'd go again.
Great service! I got a sashimi platter for $27. Thought it was pretty good. Sushi tasted fresh. They gave us free sake at the end of our meal
