A very nice place to keep your mind calm and inspire your spirits afterwards. Sunday lunch is the best vegetarian foods in NYC, no artificial items, maintains fresh ingredients. It's family style. Can not wait for the Covid-19 under control and re-visit.
Spacious multi-floor Chinese Buddhist temple contains a rarely seen group of 7 ancient Buddhas, the 7th & last being Sakyamuni, the "historical" Buddha.

From the outside it doesn't look like much, but when you go in it is quite nice. The people are nice as well, and you can pay your respects.
We have our BSA meetings there on a monthly basis. It's a very nice place to visit.
I am in the school it is always nice to be there learning another language.
Visit this temple at Chinese New Yearas Eve every year. Good organization and services. Light a incense or a candle, hit the brass bell at midnight, all you do for traditional praying. Lower level basement server herb tea and light snacks for free. Such peaceful place 🙏👍👍
