The stores are just fine. The food court is lackluster and unappetizing. But worst of all? The bathrooms are consistently disgusting. When the toilets aren't completely out of order and bagged up, they're smeared in feces and drenched in urine. The "soap" in the bathrooms is water that doesn't even lather, or smell fresh. For a "high-end" mall, this is giving GALLERIA. Although at least the galleria had real soap and a decent food court. You can afford more than two custodians for a mall selling $5,000 purses. Do better.

I've been to the Westchester mall many times. The place is kept immaculate. They have a beautiful setup. Endless high quality name brand stores. But that's not it they have a huge selection for everybody. It's Definitely more upscale than your average mall. But that's not all. They have a selection of stores for everybody. Great place to visit anytime. Plenty of parking on the grounds. I highly recommend you visit the Westchester Mall in White plains New York. You will not be disappointed.

I love just going to this mall, even if it's just to walk around and visit all the stores. I wanted to buy a new phone, but I found out that the new Samsung s24 is coming out in January, so I think I'm going to wait. Either way, if you haven't been there, I highly recommend taking a look for yourself.

The mall layout can be confusing, and signage could be clearer. Some stores offer unique items, but others lack diversity. The food court provides decent choices, but quality varies. Maintenance and cleanliness could be better. The Westchester has potential but needs better organization and upkeep to fully satisfy shoppers. It's worth a visit for specific needs, but falls short of being a top-tier shopping destination.

I love shopping here! It’s a little on the pricier end of shopping malls, but overall I love the variety. The food court is also top notch

Curious as to what they actually have in this mall and how expensive it is? I always wonder before they I go into a mall, because the photos they show don’t actually represent real life. I want to see what they will have inside and how expensive it will be. For that reason in all my reviews I Do a walk-through, to show others when they would actually see.

One of the nicest malls I’ve been to. Large selection of stores, including several high-end ones, such as Gucci, Tiffany’s, Luis Vuitton and more like Peloton, Apple, Lego and more.
From the attached restaurants we tried P. F. Chang’s and we’re quite happy with it.
The downsides are the occasionally challenging parking and the narrow selection of food court outlets, although the overall setting of the food court is excellent. There is also a balcony with seating and great view of the area.

This was a very nice place to go to. The mall was very beautiful. Even though this place is very expensive whether you are buying food or clothes, this is still a really good since the mall is very big. Parking is also expensive too. However, the foods at the food court are very good especially shake shack since they make great quality burgers there. If you want to go on an outing with family somewhere on a fall season when the weather is cool, this can be a perfect place to go to.
