Sister of Pacific Mall.

The mall is tiny and is never as crazy as said P-mall. Lots of cheap food choices at the food court. However, the back alley of the food court stink all the time. I have never used their washrooms and hope I don't have to.

Difficult and limited entrances. It is no wonder driving there is also so stressful as it is very hard to find a parking spot. I wish they could demolish some of the buildings to open up additional parking spots and spaces. I am surprised no one got killed or hit.
You will constantly see cars fighting for a parking spot with cursing ensues...Just park further and walk over.

Their food court is famous and always very busy. There is the battle of the famous BBQ places that are located next to next but there are also many choices such as Korean, Shanghai, Thai etc.

Love the food court!

Both BBQ stands are extra popular with long lines, just pick the shorter line, they are quite similar.

Wonderful selection of Chinese food restaurants. Anything you want. Just don't go a bust weekend. The parking lot is full.

In the beginning, this mall consisted of the following things: cell phone companies, nails, eyeglasses and dried seafood stores. Now, there are more variety of shops. Tea store, travel agencies, vitamin store, frozen food, clothing, accessories and toys. A food court and bakery is located in the mall. Lots of restaurants located outside of the mall as well. Restaurants such as: Shanghai, desserts, Korean, cold noodles, dim sum, and more.

If you need groceries, a supermarket is located outside of the mall. If you need a massage, there is a spa. If you need kitchen utensils or cute accessories, there is Oomomo (Japanese items) and The Best Shop. There is also a Claw and Kitty store located outside. Fun for both children and adults to play.

Stores usually don't open until 11:30am or later. It gets really busy on Friday nights and weekends, which makes it very difficult to find a parking spot.

Food court has the best BBQ stalls in Ontario. Reasonably priced at $8.99, that will get you 1 BBQ meat on rice with soup. Yellow vs Red stall!

Usually come here for food but there are unique shops here at this mall. My favourite place the Egg Hut (durian egg waffles) & New Oriental Recipes (traditional Asian meat jerky)

I visited late in the evening because of work. I was surprised by the cleanness and splendor. I didn't feel bad about the expensive admission fee and the extra charge after 2 a.m. This place was like a completely different world. The food was delicious and clean. There is one important tip. You must have an ID to enter at the entrance. The moment you enter, you receive a bracelet with a number on it, which becomes a credit card and ID card here. There are employees everywhere to keep customers safe even late at night. It is equipped with airplane first-class chairs, movie theaters, restaurants, recreation rooms, massage rooms, and fitness rooms. It is superior to Korea, the origin of sauna. I would recommend that everyone not hesitate to experience a new world.

First markham place is a great mall to go to for the culture and little shops.
You can pretty much find anything you need here.
For food you have a vast majority of different kinds of kitchens.
Drinks are provided by numerous different shops, usually differentiating between .50-75¢ difference.
