I ordered Pho and was served with bean sprouts with sauce on the bottom, which led me to suspect that they might have reused a dish that had been served to someone else.
I noticed it was different from the usual serving, so I asked the server and showed him the dish (as photo), but he just pretended not to understand English without apologizing or offering any explanation.
It instantly killed my appetite to the point where I couldn't eat the Pho. I really hope they didn't serve the Pho that I left to another customer.

Great pho! The spring rolls were fantastic. I've only had pho a few times in my life, so I don't have a lot to compare it to, but it was great! Good broth, tasty noodles, and a healthy portion of meat. Get the #1!

We haven't been to a Vietnamese restaurant in Manhattan in awhile. Pho Bang was our choice! The chopsticks, napkins, and hot sauces etc, are on the table so it is that kind of atmosphere. You come here to eat! Not a fancy place. But! The food was really good! The server/waiters were helpful by telling us how to roll up our food with the fresh mint and lettuce. Showed us how to dunk in the sauces. Generous portions too. We would go back. The ratings for this place are based on the food- not the chairs, the decor, the age of the last renovation.

Very traditional and authentic Vietnamese that I would thoroughly recommend. Of course it is not haute cuisine and the interior could come straight out of a HCMC side street but the pho was excellent as were the Summer Rolls. I had No 1 pho that comes with some beef items that might not suit everyone’s taste but simpler less offal versions are available. My companion had the seafood version that was equally good. Friendly and attentive service. And now they take cards.

It was too hot for Pho so I settled with a refreshing salad and summer rolls instead. The beef rolls had green onions inside, which made them super sweet! Overall, an enjoyable quick meal in Chinatown when you’re on a rush and after good value for money because this bowl was ginormous

I had Hanoi style bun cha. The food was ok but not super authentic as they say.

I paid full cash but still the gentleman at the cashier did ask for tips LOUDLY. (I think he didn’t offend me but just way of his talking.)

I don’t mind paying tips for the great service, however I didn’t receive much service apart from that the server took my order and deliver the food.

Toilet was clean but creepy. No WiFi is available , which was pretty predictable.

They say #supportsmallbusiness #supportchinatown but I honestly think they should give customers more reason to support them. There were endless of people in the shop, it was Sunday afternoon. Maybe I should’ve tried some other menu.

1. Pho was good. It had a sweeter taste than usual phos. The four egg roll was good ( i ate one in the picture). It was really bland and the sauce was bland to.
The service was terrible though. They lacked attention the whole time. They seemed bias depending on your nationality. No water the whole time. Ignoring requests of service. It was just really bad.

Was walking around the city with a friend when we happened upon this place. The interior did not have much decor but the staff immediately welcomed us creating a warm atmosphere. We asked our waiter what his favorite Pho was and he said #8 which is what we both got and it was delicious. The slices of beef were very tender while the broth was flavorful. There were so many noodles in the dish that it truly felt like there was an endless supply of them for a while. The portion was huge and definitely filled us up. So glad we stopped by this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for some amazing pho.
