The food was amazing, I tried some kind a Jicama tacos with pork and absolutely delicious.. 5⭐️ the rest of the food was amazing too unfortunately my battery die and couldn’t take more pictures.
Lovely atmosphere and view and great service, and the food much improved. We ate here a couple of times before (2021 & 2022), and Though service, vibe etc were great, we felt the food was fairly average. Pleased to say this time (2023) the food has improved significantly. Granted if you’ve eaten Thai food in Thailand then you’ll probably still be a little disappointed, but otherwise you’ll likely find the experience very good. The starter sampler platter is a star, the amuse bouche were excellent, and the pad Thai honestly very good. Now Saffron is well worth a visit
Below average Thai food. They represent it as the signature restaurant, but the food and service are not anywhere close to the rest of their restaurants. Cello and Sands are way better dining options.
My husband and I went there for our anniversary. The service is impecable and the food delicious. They really go above and beyond to make your experience amazing.
Saffron is… wow! The service is impeccable, the food is delicious and the views are amazing. If you are planning to be in the area, get a reservation and enjoy! We are there twice in 3 days and each time ordered very different dishes - they were all 10 out of 10. The beef is tender, the chicken is juicy, the shrimp are so fresh, and the soup is refreshing (and spicy!).

I got the Thai curry - green. Very sweet. The three rices tasted the same.
My wife got the crispy prawn… or as I would call it coconut shrimp. Again, too sweet and too one noted. It’s not a good representation of Thai food.
The apps were good. Ambiance was incredible.
If they could figure out the sweetness and complexity of Thai food, it could be amazing but for my experience: 3 stars.

Great service and beautiful view. The wine selection was very nice, but the food was just okay. Some of the dishes we ordered were overly sweet and the curry was a bit bland. The salmon appetizer was the best food item we had - it was very flavorful and more authentic than the rest of the dishes.
Tried Saffron in Thailand Vietnam china Sanyal and Macau. This is probably my least favourite. Food ain't as good yet service still awesome and the view outlooking the water was mind blowing. Remember to request for outdoor dinning
