Awesome experience to traditional Omani food. Thank you to the staff for the warm welcome and chance to try the complimentary bowl of camel soup. The Shuwa meals were amazing.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Seeing google review we went there, but it's really pathetic. They don't keep food items hot. And not even Worth eating. Camel gravy was somewhat okay.
You never ever taste the real authentic omani food from here.
Ambience is the worst, old carpets and seating arrangement.
Toilets are like, street common toilets. Water is spreading up to the hall.
I ll not recommend visiting here.

First time been to Omani food and not disappointed at all. Shuva Chicken (cooked in aluminum foil) was AMAZING. Tried camel meat stew too, it was quite tender and cooked nice. Cost was quite affordable too.
The service was good but the food was average. Shuwa was served with gravy and the meat cut up into small pieces like curry. The fish was alright. It was my first time and I don’t see myself going back again if I’m craving Arab/Omani food
Often dubbed as the national dish of Oman, shuwa is usually prepared with bone-in cuts of lamb, goat meat or camel. The meat is coated in a spice blend that typically combines chili peppers, cardamom, cloves, cumin, or coriander.
Never had camel meat before and when I gave it a try, it reminded me of lean beef but with a richer flavor.

Walked in here to try out their Omani dishes as the huge sign outside says Omani Food! Well, they only had 3 items for me at 2:30 which is about the time when work ends & people come for lunch.
Chicken, camel meat & Lamb Shuwa. The only true Omani is Shuwa, ordered that.
First, it came wrapped in aluminum foil, not a good way to present it & neither is healthy. Second it tasted nothing like Shuwa, it was just meat wrapped in foil & put in the over with very little spices. You can not tell it from water cooked lamb. Most of it was bones too, which was not great even if I tried to have it!
Price was 3.1 OR, which I think is too much for what I got. Rice was good, space is large & service was fast, but the meal itself is a huge disappointment.

One of the best meal we had in Oman was here. The waitress is very nice and kind. The food was excellent, we had our first camel meat dish here, it tasted almost like mutton but sweeter. Rice portion is big, 1 portion enough for 2 person (by Asian standard). Also they provide free hot tea, I don't know the name of it but is very delicious, one of the best tea I had, it has a bit of clove taste.
Went here for a spontaneous lunch. Entered the restaurant and was greeted very nicely. Immediately opted for Shuwa and I have no regrets - it’s probably the best mutton dish I ever had. The restaurant seems to be very traditional. It seems like a good place for families as you get a separate place.
