This location should shut down! Why are you guys charging customers for cleaning service if the location is filthy. Bathroom toilets are clogged, homeless people taking showers and sleeping on the equipment. The entire bottom floor smells like URINE!! People don't need to scan their ID cards, seriously you would expect so much for a prime location. Disgusting!!! $26 a month just down the drain. No employee/ manager on sight

Good Gym. Very average. Great friendly staff.
Machines do seem to break here very often. But this is a very popular location.
Has tanning beds, but no beauty/hybrid bed.
The massage bed used hot water instead of cold water. It got so hot I had to get off of it before my ten minutes was up.
But the staff are super friendly and make up for any issues from the equipment.
Also the clients here seem very well balanced. No crazy people so far. Lol.
Overall I recommend this location!

$25/month for gym? Great price. Obviously you won’t get the high end quality like LifeTime, but for just a workout, love it.

Personally, I wouldn’t use their lockers/showers. People do steal. Just best to work out then go home for shower.

I really like that I found equipment I didn't see in the planet fitness near me and that all the machine had a tv ,I watched the news as I worked out and the little fan button on the equipment provided just enough air so I don't become overwhelmed yet have a good work out , the massage chairs removed all the tension in my back ,it felt great , it was a great experience.

Would recommend. The gym is kept quite clean and the equipment is in pretty good
condition. It does get relatively crowded, as is expected in the city, but at least it is not overly congested. The location is really convenient for NYU students or if you’re by Union Square.

I didn't go to the gym after a month, but I changed places, moved far away, I checked the app, there is no payment method for me, so I think it will not be deducted until it is deducted I paid twice, the annual fee and the next month's membership fee, and I realized the seriousness of the problem. I checked a lot of information, because after signing the contract, if I don't go to the club to cancel it, I will keep deducting money. He will be like a Like a vampire, your account has been deducted all the time, and there is no email to notify you, until you find out and cancel the membership, and the deducted money will not be refunded! ! ! When you contact them to cancel your membership, they handle your affairs like kicking a football, let you contact the website, and the website allows you to communicate with the club, and no refund will be given after communication! ! Disgusting such a contract and such a policy! Please pay attention before applying for a card! ! ! Don't be fooled by appearances! ! ! I will always complain about this gym! Until the policy is changed or the money is refunded! ! ! Resolutely boycott the junk gym! ! !

Cleanliness is always the most important part of any sport club, and to my very surprise this location is tops!
That, combined with a lovely, experienced and especially friendly staff, I feel like I have certainly made the right decision joining this club.
The equipment is in excellent condition and is state of the art. I’ve recommended Planet Fitness to two of my friends so far, they both joined and in turn I didn’t have two pay my dues for two months! An excellent incentive, because I probably would have recommended them joining at any rate!

This gym used to be my favorite gym. Now the men’s bathroom and locker room usually smells, spills and trash everywhere, sinks are broke and they’re usually out of soap. They also don’t seem to care that people work out shirtless which shows a lack of respect for their fellow gym members. Will definitely try to avoid this gym. 😬
