Went there for $1.99 Angus beef short plate special. The sauce bar was small; edamame was super salty, kimchi looks kinda old and the seaweed salad tasted like it just came out of the freezer. It was cool seeing the robot going around delivering dishes. The vegetable, tofu, and fishball plates portion were pretty small. They also have free snacks and ice cream. Free 3 hours parking, don't forget to ask for the free parking voucher on the way out.
As is the case with most Chinese hotpot chains, the vibes are great, the service is great, and the food can’t be beat. Appetizers and desserts (including fresh fruit and soup desserts) are all complementary as part of the meal. They also have very helpful “recipes” to concoct some of the more popular sauces for the hotpot food.
Just wow! Everything was so high tech, clean, fun, and such an overall great experience. I enjoyed the food and service a lot. Get the Chinese donuts, they’re DELICIOUS. The prices were also super reasonable! The entire staff was SO professional, organized & nice! I cannot wait to come here again.
Haidilao is a gem, and Cynthia is a true gem of a host! Her friendliness and attentiveness made our evening truly special. She made sure we were aware of the August promotion, which made our visit even more enjoyable. She also gave me this cute balloon, it makes my day. The restaurant's cleanliness and elegant decor made us feel comfortable throughout the meal. We loved the sauce bar's variety; there was something for everyone. The food was delicious, and the quality was superb. Five stars for Haidilao and Cynthia!
In town for work and my cousin recommended this place. I believe there’s a location in the DFW area as well because I have heard of it before.
Stopped in for lunch on a Thursday. Parking is available on the street or the parking garage. I couldn’t find a spot on the street so I parked in the garage. I was there for an hour and some. The total for parking was $12.
Checked in on the tablet when I arrive. There is snacks and drinks for you in the front area while you wait. The restaurant is located inside an office building.
Less than 10 minutes waiting and I was seated in the back middle towards the wall. It was perfect because it was just me by myself.
Sat down and ordered through the tablet. They do charge $2.99 for the sauce buffet which includes appetizers, snacks, fruits and dessert. I like the variety.
I ordered the fatty beef and veggie combo. It was perfect portion for me and filling. I usually go to AYCE hot pot and feel like I don’t eat enough so this was plentiful for me. My total was around $27 with a passion fruit tea.
I got the plain broth because I always season my own broth from the sauce buffet. The pot size is huge.
Restaurant is very clean and modern. They give you a hair tie, zip loc bag for your phone and lens wipe. They also come by with an apron for you to wear. I do like the ventilation because I don’t come out drenched in the hot pot smell. Service was pretty quick considering they were busy.
I will be back and highly recommend to others.

Fantastic food and services. I have been to many hot pot in Seattle, but Haidilao is always my top option not only because the food is great but also the exceptional service. I think we have Angela and Dora as our servers yesterday. They are so sweet and amazing. Also one of the must-haves is the $1.99 lamb dish available on the weekday before 5 pm. This promotion last until the end of May.
My first hot pot and definitely will not be my last. We tried 2 broths and an assortment of proteins and vegetables, plus the sauce bar… the variety of choices is incredible and the quality of ingredients is top notch. The service was even more impeccable than the food from the moment you walk in the door. Big shout out to our server Rachel for being incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating.
The best hot pot I've ever had!!! I recommend making a reservation because they can get really busy, but it's easy to make reservations online. There are many soup bases to choose from on the tablet they have at each table. My favorites are Thai Tom Yum and the Tomato soup bases. You order all of your protiens, vegetables, noodles, appetizers, and drinks on the tablet. Everything I've ever ordered off the menu has been fresh and delicious! Give yourself plenty of time to eat because I'm typically there for an hour and a half or more. I also recommend ordering the Dancing Noodle because you get a little show with dinner. The service here is excellent! They have the nicest wait staff who are always so helpful and happy to answer any questions you have. They also offer aprons so you don't splash soup on your shirt.
